Ed abbaticchio was on the 1909 pirates World Series championship team. He was a close friend of Honus Wagner.

It hurts me to see as a Pokémon collector that people think hp is the most important thing it’s the price and ability’s it just hurts that people also leave cards around houses like they are trash when I could probably sell mine right now and get $1,000 at possibly minimum

At 5:45, that was Brad Eldred's Hiroshima Toyo Carp uniform. They use the same colors and same basic cap design as the Reds. One of my dreams is to go on a Japanese baseball tour, visiting all the parks and seeing all the teams. Keep the videos coming and I will keep watching!
Those tobacco cards were awesome Erik.
Nice fan.mail Friday vid
That card from Japan was pretty cool!
Those Japan cards are nuts
Awesome video
Nice cards. That T206 Abbaticchio would probably fetch around $25-$30. He was also a pro-football player for 5 years in the late 1800's. He played baseball from 1897 to 1910. He was also the first pro baseball player and pro footballer of Italian descent. Very cool.
I really live the Topps Heritage or Topps Archives cards. So vintage, the design and the touch reminds me of the first cards I got back in the days when I used to live in France. If you have tooooo many of them I can buy you some !!
Good to hear that you are feeling better

Good morning from South Carolina. Love watching your mail day openings it's like Christmas once a week for ya. Those tobacco cards were pretty nice. Dude it is just crazy how you've got all this incredible knowledge of the baseball world. Lol my son said "Dad when it comes to baseball Mr Erik Jabbs is better and quicker than Google" , and man he's right I can't get over the knowledge and history you have stored away. You completely amaze us with your stories on baseball and the history of the sport. Thanks once again, and safe travels to you and your brother. Hey quick question.... What is your brothers name.... Thanks bud!!!!
Awesome! #LateNightJabsVids

Wow that graded tobacco card is awesome. That's possibly worth a hundred bucks or more since it's graded
Nice fan mail. Sweet vintage cards!!! Thanks for sharing!
Erik, That is a Carp uniform. My son played there and their uniforms look like the Reds.

Thanks Sal awesome to hear what people think about me in the comments but u guys in the card community are the best!
I mentioned it before, but if you did not already do so, COMC.com is a great place to buy autos in bulk if you are looking for cards to send people. Enter a team, filter by autographs, sort by lowest price- you can find tons of marginal/decent major leaguers and minor leaguers for under $2 some under $1. I have bought a bunch from them
I love the miggie
Really cool seeing those cards from Japan!
Great video. I recommend checking out the book ‘Game Faces’ by the Smithsonian/Library of Congress. Really interesting and taught me a lot about tobacco cards. I can afford the book but not the cards themselves!
