you know i think the walkers in the giant shipping containers is like the remains of something from the Wolves the people with a W on their forehead because they done something similar with a Truck and got Daryl and Jesus Trapped until Morgan Came and helped them so maybe they were setting up another trap but got interrupted? who knows?

The simultaneous gasps after it shows Hershel is everything😭❤❤ Also, Negan obviously already feels terrible about seeing Maggie and knowing he took her husband. But him seeing Hershel you can just SE IT in his eyes how much worse he felt. And it's GOLDEN

A small detail I like at the end is how they display Negan with a holstered knife (and standing by a building at his own free will) which shows how much trust Alexandria has in him since his past actions. I personally think this nods to a large conflict for Maggie once she discovers the reformed Negan.

It's been a while but TWD has returned with 6 bonus episodes for season 10 "in-between-quels" -as the writers called them - smaller-scale anthology style stories filmed during the pandemic to lay the seeds for season 11. A perfectly balanced premiere with a lot of focus on character development, build up, reunions and some action. Thank you Skybound for the time and effort you put into these reaction compilations.
