    Blue loc-tite is your friend. The very bottom bolts are good for rattling loose even with the factory brackets. Well bro atleast was just a pulley and not a radiator or hood. Merry Christmas And a Happy new year.

    Ypu should not leave those boltf loose to tighten your belt. The only bolts that need to be loose for that are the twnsioner bolts. You ahould have the pulleys fully bolted on before you tension(or even install) the belt

    Torsion on the p/s pump is the tensioner for this setup it looks like

    I would think maybe the aluminum is just a softer metal by far and maybe the heat? And just came loose? And maybe just re torque after it heats and cools a few times? Idk I’m not an expert not even close just my thoughts lol 😂 happy holidays and hope you get her fixed soon!

    Ah, I'd put that pulley in the drill press and run it down on a sanding block! Bummer it happened, but sometimes it just works out that way. Blue loctite may be the solution, as above mentioned

    It's ot the pulleys fault that you didn't tighten the bolt/s.
