This singer is freakin incredible! As a real vh fan, i can see and hear this guy studied roth like he was auditioning for a role in a play or movie that he was born to play. Everything he sings and even says is identical to the tone of dlr and what he has done- and even what he would do- this guy knows roths character so well he can anticipate how roth would say or sing stuff- its so spot on its scary!

He's the best part of the band. The guitar and bass player are good, but their harmonies need work. I'd find a new drummer if I were them. He doesn't have the groove Alex had, I feel a separation with him and the band.. no pocket. Alex and Michael had possibly the tightest pocket in Rock.

The bass player has the look, the playing and the voice. He’s awesome!!!!!!!!

When the singer introduced the bass player as Michael Anthony, I really thought Michael was sitting in with these guys. Dude nails his lines and backing vocals. Great job guys! Best tribute band Ive ever seen.

I opened for bonfire at a street party here in calumet those guys are like seeing ac/dc with bon one the pipes and spot on with the music and the energy

Nope sorry , My vote to STILL goes to the VH Trib "The Atomic Punks" (Hollywood, Ca. )with Ralph Saenz on DLR vocals / antics Now he has Dave's sound/schtick down COLD. and....the backing vocals are thin, brittle & weak sounding. I did a VH Trib for 4 years as EVH while singing Michael Anthony's Backups (TRY THAT ) then come talk to me.

I was lucky enough to catch VH in 2004 with Hagar and saw VH again in 2012 with DLR. 2012 was a lackluster to say the least. I like VH early stuff with DLR but to see him fronting VH live a I wasn’t impressed what so ever

What rock have I been living under? These guys rock. That singer is a 99.9% replica of David. Even his voice is a dead ringer. The random wails are spot on. The guitarist does Eddie really well. Awesome!

That singer has definitely nailed it. 100%. I would pay to see these guys.

No. Another vote for 'not even close'. It works well enough and the rest of the singing is very, very, very close, but the screams aren't. However, what actually bothers me more is the un-groovy guitar player. A lot of the time he's so not in the pocket, it makes me cringe... not to mention that he's completely off in the Panama intro. Way to start a show. That said, I'd rather go see these guys for a couple of than the real thing for a little fortune... if the mix gets better.

They all do an awesome job emulating each band member. The way the bass player mimics everything about Michael Anthony, right down to the Jack Daniels bass and the high vocal harmonies, was quite impressive!

Even Oz turned up for this concert. Miss these good old days of rock.

Let me start off by saying Omg!!!, I'm 54 heard van halen for the first time when I was 11 years old in 1978, I was instantly addicted to van halen and Eddie's guitar playing and sound started playing guitar at 11 , i saw van halen 3 times in the early days with Dave, included in my collection I have a Franklinstrat so I know a little about guitar playing. Eddie is the best guitar player the world has ever scene, lot of guys could play like Eddie note to note, I'm also a vocalist old band played covers of maiden ,van halen and queensryche, this Dave guy is F ing spot on, takes alot to impress me, as unique as Eddie is , I've never heard a DLR singer sound exactly like dave in his prime days .keep the memories coming great job guys!!!!!!!!

These guys did amazing! Look like fun to go see too!

Ha "Mike Anthony" even has the Jack Daniels bass. These cats are cool!

Heck, this band is a lot tighter & cohesive than actual VH! Yes, I know the original VH has much more wattage & feedback they have to deal with in larger venues, but other than EVH himself, these guys are in some ways better!

Absolutely enjoyed seeing these guys in San marcos last summer. The guitarists tribute to EVH was just paralyzing. Fantastic all the way around.

WOW - seeing this 6 years later. The guitar player is amazing. Very, very close to Eddie - note per note. Even has his even-odd/unique spacing between the notes down. They look like they're having so much fun! It looks like the band still plays in California as of the time of this posting. Wondering if they ever tour outside of California?

I got to see these guys live a bunch of years back. It was a helluva show.

It's really terrific top to bottom. The Look and sound, backup vocals, drums bass, all of it. And watching the Guitarist says all you need to know why EVH was the greatest. Because it's always fun to play. It always puts a smile on the face of a guitarist when you finally get the feel and tone. It's like guitar crack. Other great players are work to replicate, Playing Eddie's stuff is like eating a bunch of Ice cream to find out what the best flavor is! All of 'em!

These guys did their homework! Really amazed

If I was at one of those festivals where you couldn't get anywhere near the stage and this band was playing I'd swear it was really Van Halen. This is my first time seeing a VH tribute band. Now I gotta look for some more to really see if these guys are the best. So far they seem like they're gonna be tough to beat or even match.

I was impressed the first time I watched their show on tv. Then I was lucky to catch them live a t the Santa Fe Springs Swapmeet back in 2019. The show was great. I have only seen Van Halen with Sammy Hagar live.

85' Dave was out....not sure what concert you saw ...

Dave never sounded this good live, saw him in the 80's he sounded awful. This guy sounds alot closer to what you would expect when you went to a live VH concert. Roth was so bad it was shocking. I think this guy was on the albums and the real Dave is Milli from vanilli

Have to disagree on that one dude, this guy sounds EXACTLY like Dave did in the mid to late 70's, early 80's there are tons of live recordings out there that this guy has copied and mastered to a t, you should check them out, it's actually incredible that he can sound EXACTLY as crappy as Dave always had, but he ain't better, just the same as the VH era this band is paying tribute to.

Marc, Dave DID sound this good live, particularly on that first 1978 world tour. Look up some of those shows here on YT. They're freakin' KILLER. Like a shark that gets excited at the smell of blood, they were out for blood on that first tour and they ALL played incredibly well in 1978. but I have to agree with you some...as the years past and by '84 he started to sound "sung-out" a little...

The real DLR was constantly running across a huge stage doing the splits and jumping his ass off every five seconds while this guy is just strutting around a 10 foot section .. Obviously the fake DLR is going to sound better live

Actually, you're wrong. There is A LOT of new original bands making GREAT music, the thing is... People don't care. Music has change (and I HATE IT), all people like today is pop (not real pop like MJ, etc, but Justin Bieber and that stupid song produced in computers), rap (That Minaj girl... stupid) hip hop... That's it. Rock is dead. Good music is gone.
