I read that "Makonnen" is a common name in Ethiopia. Then when his family moved to Toronto it's highly likely that his name was mispelled as Makkonen which is a pretty common surname in Finland. All rumors tho, so take it with a grain of salt.

The transition in blinding lights from studio to live in the chorus is so smooth so that I can't tell if that's how it goes or not since I haven't heard the song

I actually like adele's live performance better than the studio version (regarding her voice/singing)

@@iramohj6404 He was comparing an altered song that was made to sound as best as it could to him just singing it naturally, so as you can expect the live one will not be as good. He wasn't saying that The Weeknd was bad at singing but just saying it could sound better.

My family loves Blinding Lights they are in love with the song, the song is amazing

the live recording of adele really shows the quality of her voice its damm good

Abel's vocals have really improved when compared to that awful live of Love Me Harder with Ariana Grande. That was totally shaky and all. Now his live vocals are more stable if that makes sense
