Famous Middle East Dessert Kunafa (Knafeh) Without Oven with Easy Cream Recipe
NOTES:
Use vermicelli or Pheni agr kunafa dough na mily
Kunafa Dough:
300-350 f kunafa dough (frozen) or vermicelli or pheni
1/2-3/4 cup melted butter
1/8 tsp orange food color
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Cream Filling:
1 1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp corn flour
6-7 tbsp. regular thick cream
1-2 cream cheese cubes (optional)
Sugar Syrup:
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp rose water
some rose buds (optional)
Pistachios for garnish

The Palestinian city Nablus is the origin of the famous Kunafa . It still called in some countries the "Nabulseyeh" indicating to the region. The Nabulseyeh Kunafa was unique , and still, for it's very famous Nabulsi delicate and strechy Cheese used in it.

Assalamu aleykum dear Huma, tried this receipe on eid ul.adha and it turned out super nice, aik side se thori ziada brown hogya tha and the milk sauce wouldn't get thick so I added a small tsp of vanilla custard. Thank u for making life easier❤ much love
