Let me show you some of the best family suburbs on the Central Coast of New South Wales... and some suburbs to avoid. If you are looking for affluent suburbs, budget friendly suburbs, quiet suburbs or of course beach front suburbs then this video is for you!

Unfortunately overall the shops in Terrigal have deteriorated in the last 10 years. The used to be banks, a newsagent, a butcher and a delicatessen. There are 4 vacant shops in Terrig al now. Thus Terrigal shops are good for tourists, but poor for residents. Don’t swim in the lagoon
Wow Kim that was so informative! You should set up your own real estate business. What are your thoughts on buying to let around some of the more affordable suburbs? Are properties gaining much value currently

Really great vid showing the Central Coast and it's areas! Curious how people afford properties over $1mil (over 500GBP) - is that doable on a salaried job or recon they more business owners?

Hello, you tend to find salaries are higher in Australia which makes things more relative. Renting is A LOT hence why we are keen to buy. Each state is different and I do believe NSW is the most expensive to buy in but there are also ways in which people make it work here too... for example paying 'interest only' mortgages (which i don't advise obviously, but can also understand why people can only do this option)
