I can’t be the only one who lets these videos play in the background while I try to sleep every night… there’s just something about it- it brings me back to being 2 years old and falling asleep in the cart-seat while my mother collected the things we needed… it’s such a weird thing to find so soothing but this channel in particular does such wonders for my anxiety when it comes to sleeping- I adore it, I don’t think I’d have been able to sleep so easily without these videos :’)

As an Irish person, I can confirm you made the best choice for stout with Guinness! 🎉 Chocolate cake made with Guinness is amazing, sounds odd but it gives it a lovely rich flavour!

Who else watches when they are going through a tough difficult time? Watching your videos has helped me in many ways I have ADD and I am 28 but for some reason your videos make me happy 😊 and realize there is still good people in this world

I'm 58 with a 24 year old disabled daughter and raising 5 grandchildren ages 5-16. I love this channel but honestly I can't keep up with Alicia, she is such an inspiration. I have used lots of her recipes and can totally relate to her laundry😉

my mom used to buy me and my sister one or two ornaments each year since we were five. by the time i got married I had enough ornaments to decorate my tree. and each one has a memory now that my mom has passed.

She shops like me and I have 5 daughters and I be in the store going over all the things they want and I love that she makes sure they not only have the needs but the snacks too as people don’t realize that is apart of being a kid(the snacks)❤

Why don’t you buy the staples in bulk ? … flour, rice, beans, sugars, oil and pastas get them delivered right to your door store in air tight tubs.. saves $ and your never out for months…

If you watch our tribe of many (really like the channel) she purchases a lot on line. All her meat, cheeses, etc. I don’t see them purchase a lot of snacks either.

that Turkey cake is adorable!

When I do cinnamon rolls. I make a half cup of heavy cream and brown sugar and melt a half stick of butter. First melt of stick of butter when add half cup of brown sugar and half cup of heavy cream into a small mixing bowl. Half cup brown sugar to one can of cinnamon rolls and half cup of heavy cream to one of cinnamon rolls and half stick of butter to one can of cinnamon rolls.first put cinnamon rolls in a baking pan. Mix the heavy cream and brown sugar and melt butter together then spoon and the mixer of the heavy cream and brown sugar melt butter all over the cinnamon rolls. Cover the cinnamon rolls and for 10-15 mins cover then take off the cover off the cinnamon rolls and bake for 15-25 mins with the cover off. Bake at 350

With having such a large family...I'm glad to see you have a large pantry & freezer stock. Alot of people don't realise when the flu season hits...you could have kids getting sick at different times up to 3 weeks out. That's when having all that extra food will come in handy. With sick children you won't be leaving the house. Love watching you shop!

Guinnness is totally Irish. It's a terrific stout and is awesome in chocolate cake.

Dont put too much guiness in the Irish stew you.ll ruin it use more beef stock thicken with cornstarch mix of water another traditional dish boiled bacon with cabbage and boiled or steamed spuds with half pound of Kerry gold butter on top of the spuds with salt, full irish breakfast is my favourite u should give it a go 😋

I lived in Ireland for many years. The stew was thick & had no potatoes in it. Instead, they mashed them & made a circle on the plate with it & put the stew in the middle 🥰. Beef, carrots, LEEKS, parsnips and 🧅 onions. (+OXO cubes / beef bullion) Only the Pubs used beer in the stew. 💐 My secret ingredient was a packet of oxtail soup 🍲 mix. Drool, now I gotta make some. LOL Oh, and Shepherd's Pie is soo yummy too. 🥰 OMG, I think I'm hungry 😂

Ooohh yes thats my secret ingrediant...oxtail soup. My mam makes her stew with potatoes but i prefer mine mashed. I sometimes make meatballs for my stew and put into the slow cooker for 6 hrs. Sooo tasty 🥰

The minced beef is so red, or pink every time I see it I can’t believe how bright it is, does it have lots of colours pumped into it? I think I would have to buy some other meat, it looks as if it has come from the river in The Simpsons! My family and I rarely eat meat 🥩 we prefer the vegetarian diets! Is Thanksgiving a bigger holiday than Christmas? We have Christmas Day and Boxing Day it really is nice having the two days, does the U.S have only one day? I did live in the US when I was a teenager we didn’t celebrate thanksgiving as we are British!

They don't have boxing day in usa. The 25th seems to be the biggest Christmas day. In Finland we celebrate Christmas December 24. Eat and open presents. Then leftovers on Christmas day and maybe boxing day. I'm glad we don't have Thanksgiving since it's so close to Christmas lol it would feel like too much. Christmas is stressful enough.

How fun. My dad was a full blooded irishman.

Here’s a Vlog idea….shop from your Garage for a week without going to Wegmans Walmart or wholesale. Reality is that when these kids move out they will need to learn unlimited grocery shopping is not reality.

When I go to store I just to go in and out fast. Your a very loving and caring mother to all your kids❤️ kudos big time to you strong lady that’s a lot of weekly grocery shopping😳👏👍🌺🌻
