@@WillyHope I think it's currently 12 and counting - Bailey and Maggie are part of the home pack but still as foster dogs : Tilly, Joey, Cutie Pie, Freddo, Banjo, Matilda and Rosie, Lily, Miss Violet Danger and Princess Scarlet/Red, and as of yesterday, Shadow and Barney.

Former troubled boy Freddo strolling up and nonchalantly giving former troubled girl Shadow a quick ear smooch,which she acknowledges with a brief glance. So lovely.

So deeply grateful for your generous efforts to connect with all of us, Sam. More than I can fully express, you and your family lift us up and I treasure you for your kindness, compassion and wisdom. @@gloriamartin7841 Maybe one benefit of her being deaf is she won't be afraid of loud noises. So she would be good with kids. She was very gentle with Wolfie. She just wants a buddy.

The whole video made me happy, but I was incredibly moved with Maggie who was fine with wolfie hanging onto her as he was standing. Now that maggie is learning, you can see the gentleness in her. She may be deaf, but she hears more than most when she deals with those who love her.

Chester's face whenever food is within sight ... cracks me up every time!!

Freddo loves his girls and his girls love him.

I never realized that Freddo's eyes are such a beautiful amber color. He is such a handsome fellow. I love Miss Violet helping out in the kitchen and then sitting at the table for all the world like she belongs in that chair! Chester was eyeing that popcorn bowl. I hope you got a chance to do some relaxing today.

A beautiful and loving family. An absolute treasure. Miss Violet is scrubbing those pans real good. I need a competent dishwasher like her.

Look at those staffey sisters, you could never separate them. How lucky are they🌈❤️

Miss Violet is incorrigible…and apparently always hungry! Freddo gives his whole heart to your family. The dogs gather in the kitchen because they know their patience will be rewarded (and dishes and floors always need a little clean up). Freddo giving Shadow a kiss and Wolfric standing with his arm on Maggie were special moments. Chester has perfected his “I could eat” performance!

Maggie being used as a walker by Wolfie.... precious. Violet was pretty deep into the dishwasher.😊

Lovely video Sam. I don’t know how anyone could make an unkind comment about you. You are the kindest, most caring and generous person. The way you manage to do so many different jobs every day and remain cheerful and smiling is amazing.

I can only imagine that anyone who says negative comments regarding ANYONE (but especially our sweet Sam) on the farm must be suffering a pretty miserable existence. That is sad. We all know Sam is truly an amazing, intelligent, empathetic to the core, loving and nurturing mother, wife, and friend. She has more talent in her little toe than many will ever have in their lifetime! She is such a beautiful being from the inside that how could she be anything other than beautiful on the outside? I admire this woman and her strength more than I can express without welling up. Sam, you do you because we wouldn't have it any other way. ❤️❤️❤️

As I see it, ugly/negative words reveal more about the speaker than the target. So we learn to steer clear as we do a stinging nettle. Pity these entities who have to live with themselves as well. Love the way Freddie cuddles into anyone in his reach. Though I was hoping that Miss Violet didn’t get her head stuck in the dishes and pots, during her final inspection of them prewashing. I love the way the dogs all know they can come to the table, so they can try what’s on offer this morning. Then the twins cuddled up to each other is a wonderful sight. Chester with the bowl of popcorn, showed the Labrador’s do have manner. Maggie being Wolfie’s stabiliser as he was standing shows how boxers are such terrific dogs with children. Thank you so much for a peak of Saturday morning downtime with the family. Your editing skills are so great Sam, thank you. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Thank you! Evans' family... for sharing your time you have together on the weekends. It makes my heart overflow when I see how much love there is among the humans and animals. I talk to my 13 year old dog all the time even though his hearing is not what it used to be. Sometimes I wonder why I keep speaking . I guess I hope he can sense something ! I absolutely know it comforts me. It is reassuring to hear you talking to Maggie -

I believe dogs and humans are more perceptive than most realise. Some dogs know when your ill or when you are coming home. There's a knowing we don't use as we used too.

Let me think….. In the past year, Auntie Sam has HAD A BABY, dealt with Covid in various ways, had to close the daycare due to Covid, helped rescue 7? now 4 adult dogs, plus Shadow and 2 of her puppies, both special needs, taken in (Ive lost count at this point) dozens of puppies, gets her girls to school, with all that entails. I know I’ve left out yet MORE that she does, but still she makes time to film, add soundtrack and commentary for us!!!

I've been wondering the same thing...maybe it's a combination of Barney being able to ask to go out in time, better diet, and the Evans' knowing his "routine" so well.

FYI, just alongside this video there are two more talking about the adoption of Shadow and Barney and Luke goes into a bit more detail on both of them. But basically it's a mixture of living on The Farm, routine and controlled diet means that his incontinence will always be there but is more manageable at certain times of the day.

Sam - Thanks to you, Luke and the cows for this post. Love Violet doing dishes, Freddo asking for more pets, Wolfie's squeals, self-propulsion and facial expressions, all the pups waiting for their fair share (some hoping for a little extra) at the table, that Newfie tail wag! No wonder Miss Violet sleeps a lot. All that energy....climbing into the dishwasher to clean up, climbing onto chairs to climb onto the table, waiting her turn for food, snuggling with Miss Red. It's a tough job, but somebody's got to do it.😄 Freddo by Wolf's side as he cruises around and Maggie helping. And all the faces and ears are one of my faves!Thank you, Evans family, for sharing your family (your ever growing family!!) time !!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gotta love miss red’s quirky right ear ❤️ and at the beginning of the video it was so sweet to see when elle came over to freddo you could see his tail wiggle to get some love from one of his favorite sister humans!!

So beautiful.....all of them...

The girls are really starting to stick together like twins, like the Kelpies do. So fasinating to watch them stick together like twins.

Ms Violets movements, expressions and things she does are so hysterical. There's no other like Ms Violet. She's going to b a star like Princess Cutie Pie, big brother Freddo and the King of England wise ol Bandit! Lol no other's like these.

Miss Violet certainly takes her job as dishwasher seriously! Nice to see the whole family relaxing together. Thanks for sharing these family moments with us.

I’ve been thinking the same! I loved her tussle with Chester😁 and then snuggles with Matilda? at the end. Loved how Evie made sure Cutie got some sausage🥰

@@tanderson9115 I'm glad I'm not the only one who gets the GSDs muddled as I thought it was Rosie(?) at the end with Cutie Pie. I kept looking for the collar but couldn't quite see which one it was.

My goodness, you think Miss Violet was never fed. Looks like all the doggies feel loved.

We just put the plates and pots on the floor and they get pre washed before going into the washer. Easier for the pups and the washer!😂

The doggies are part of the family and love to be with everyone there. They are so well taken care of just like part of the family.❤️💕💞❣️
