Hi We are also planning come in near future. Under ICT visa, medical is not free for all/dependents ? Do we need to get a separate health insurance? What about the PR process under ICT visa ? Some says is diffy to find a family doctor Is it true ? How did you manage it ? Thanks

Hi , Hopefully, the information provided below will be useful to you. Health Insurance - Depending on your organization, health insurance may be covered for individuals or groups. Otherwise, you will have to pay an additional fee. Health Card (OHIP) - All members of your family(dependents) can obtain an Ontario health card. PR process - If you are applying for PR under ICT, you will be given additional points once you have completed one year and then two years... As an added benefit, at present, the Canadian government prefers applicants from the inland. Family doctor - In our experience, we have not faced any such situation, and we live nearby Mississauga, near square one. Wishing you all the best.
