For the low end of the pepper it bit mine and Selenia right with the heat. Talisha was like laughing at us while she still eat hers and then the rest of another.. LOL..

These Noodles are mild considering the other spicy ones we have had in the past.. Get yourself on easy to make and has a good taste.. Thanks for watching Brother.. Peace

You gotta do more and build up that tolerance. It might help to take out the seeds. Pizza and Mexican food, yeppers! 😂
