How can Insurance and Internet bill not be there? I wonder which people in RSA they do these surveys with?

I swear Steve’s losing his hearing: some of the answers he mis-hears are perfectly audible to everyone else. One woman answered “Do a SHIFT for them at work” but Steve heard “chauffeur them at work” and looked totally perplexed.
