Effective deer management It’s all about getting the balance right between establishing a strong and healthy herd of deer, whilst protecting the forestry and farming interests of the landowner. Effective deer management produces bigger deer and happy landowners!
On this episode of Team Wild TV, Steve Wild heads deep into the Staffordshire countryside to manage the fallow buck population on his concession.
Equipped with his familiar Blaser R8 Professional Success rifle, loaded with Hornady 150 grain SST's and topped with a Hawke Frontier 30 5-30x50 rifle scope, Steve is confident he can get some fallow bucks on the ground.

Do you take your blazer down every time ? I shoot a Sauer 404. It comes apart the same as the blazer. I’ve always worried about wether it would affect my zero.

Probably a bit late now but its made by a US company called Marsupial. Has a kangaroo for a logo.
Just a kit advert now but I wouldnt put a Hawke on top of a Blaser. Not far from vehicle and you carry water and a webbing pack. But not gloves. Interesting approach.
what happened to you guys?
This guy is not very knowledgeable if he holds the barrel with his righthand, thumb is he?
