I spent AGES grinding settler rep to unlock the garden tiles plans, because I'd gone with the raider ending. As soon as I'd got them, they appeared in minerva's inventory 🤣 Don't worry, though. In a while you'll have played enough to have absolutely NOTHING worth spending gold on other than lunchboxes and perfect bubblegum, and you'll end up buying stuff for the sake of it because you have too much gold.

BIG NOTICE TO THOSE LOOKING TO GET SECRET SERVICE ARMOR!!! The helmet is _almost purely_ cosmetic and doesn't provide armor protection, don't get it and just save your gold bullion for the actual armor pieces before getting the helmet. Heck, you don't even need the helmet anyways! You could use that 1238 bullion for something more useful she's selling!

Minerva is NOT the only place to get SS Armor. Its just the cheaper option. (Spoiler for new players) When you raid vault 79 you gain access to the secret service men down in there and they sell the plan for it as well for gold. Along with many mods for the armor and plans for other neat items.

@@cameronvincentyou get gold from events and can trade in the treasury notes before raiding vault 79 lol. I stacked up 5k before even completing vault 79 quest line

Nice, I see you rocking the Crusader Pistol with burning mod. Get that as two-shot and pair it with the Friendly Fire perk, and it's the second best support player gun in the game. One of only two ranged healing options out there.

secret service armor going from 750 gold (vault 79) to 563 gold is a pretty good deal! Think I'll hold off on getting the Right arm (Final piece) until the 27th! Thanks.

New player here, level 68. Still have no clue how lots of things add up lol. Last night i found a bag just sitting on the road with 60 plans for Each Jetpack and 15 of each Power Armor's Plans!. How could someone get that many and why just drop them? I was so excited to find them but spent 3 hours trying to fit them in my Storage lol. I placed some on sale for $100 each and giving some for free. Why would someone have 60 of each plan?. Was this a mistake or duplicate issues or someone farming them? Also can i change alot of my Special's around on that Card machine? I started just wanting just regular Armor and rifles but then went to shotguns, now im in PA and big gun's. I definitely should have picked one from the start but wouldn't have known unless i played. I have a few good cards of each fully maxxed so was hoping that Special card machine i could change things around. Thanks. Sorry for the rant.

So obnoxious having to wait so long for her to essentially walk a couple miles to reach her next destination….You’d think if she’s so invested in her job, she’d open up shop a day or two after her last one. In all seriousness, I really would love if she arrived much earlier, specifically before the long weekend, as those secret service parts are a must have.

i have the SS armor on 2 of my characters and i have yet to ever get the secret service hit the subscribe button helmet on either of them. some ppl like the look of it ... i dont *shrug*

I would not waste the gold. If you are a power armor user you will almost always be in the power armor so having normal armor on is pointless.

Yes, and the grocer backpack mod replaces the Thru-hiker perk card as well. Just so you know. I only mention this because I find it easier to sacrifice 3 strength for traveling pharmacy, instead of 3 agility for thru-hiker. Simply because of all the useful perks in agility that you can use for most builds.
