You sure? It could be reflection from the pipboy light. Just like in fallout 3 mothership zeta. I like the fog helmet. It makes me mysterious.

Uriel Septim it has a foggy effect even without the light on.

@@8bitpixelz422 for fallout 4? I normally went Railroad/Minutemen cause I wanted Ballistic Weave. But with a little more work you can get the Ballistic Weave and go with anyone you want. I've played through and gotten all 4 endings several times, Railroad being the one I did most.
