This is a settlement build tour at Sunshine Tiding in fallout 4, using my city plan downloadable on NEXUS, (www.nexusmods.com/users/57501...)
Sim settlements 2 required.
Some of the settlers, after moving to Sunshine, were concerned about the diseases that were rampant in the Commonwealth.
Not wanting to wear masks all their lives, they decided to build the largest medical center in the area and brought in all the doctors and nurses they needed.
