Damn, Oblivion hit hard back in the day! I remember having a disc of morrowind, but it was too hard for me at the time. And one day I found a disc of “The elder scrolls IV” in the local store. I bought it and with shaking hands inserted it in my pc. No games give you the same chills nowadays, I think.

Exiting that cave and seeing the world, hearing the music that plays as soon as you exit the cave just so good. Simply beautiful. It literally says "Welcome to the real world."

Fallout 4: Epic music, eye adaptation to exterior brightness, a beautiful landscape, etc. Fallout 76: Pop ups covering almost completely the screen so the player gets the less immersive experience ever.

That is due to him choosing the Level 20 start. If he leaves on Level 2, there arent these challenge and achievememt popups. Level 20 start can also ruin the initial experience. You dont learn how to manage your special and unlock new perkcards as you level up among other things.

fo3 was my introduction to fallout. back in 2008-2009, i didn't understand why fo3 was so popular. lots of top awards & shits. but whenever i check the gameplay in youtube, it looks like the usual fps adventure. i didn't feel the hype. until i had nothing to play in mid 2009. & force myself to finally try fo3. and damn, i will never forget that magical moment of getting out of the vault for the time in fo3. i was like, now i finally underatand the overly positive reception. in my mind, best game ever.

Fallout 76 is the best fallout games in terms of entertainment other fallout games, no, boring games

Fallout 3 has the best presentation of what a true "Wasteland" is: dark, dangerous and melancholy... and this green tone makes everything more "Radioactive", a perfect setting... Fallout 4 tried to recreate that, however, I think some essence was missing...

It's fine the ambience of FO4. Many sites are being recolonized because the radiation is fading, making new zones of wilderness and giving a more "luminous" tone to this part of the history. Simply look at broken steel expansion for FO3, how the tone of the game changes from dark to light when the waters become cleansed. The hopes come back .

Yeah there is nothing else amusing in the game to do other than completing quest and building.

Playing fo3 as a kid, that game was a beast

The ui clutter and silly cha-ching(!) sound effects kinda spoiled the immersion of leaving the bunker in that little clip of 76

In Fallout shelter there are more animations for leaving the bunker, 3 in total, but to see them you have to improve the door The first is by moving the door alone xd You make the first improvement and now this how a key open the door And in the last one there are like 2 keys, Plus there are more animations like when raiders or aliens or bloodthirsters attack you, etc.

It's because the player doesn't actually starts in a vault like the other fallout games, so this cutscene is just the intro of the game to introduce the enclave as an enemy faction

Death From Above will rarely hit you. It's players sending nukes. You look at the map to see where the blast diameter will be.

Only in New Vegas you don't start in a vault. Which is nice. I hope the next fallout they do something similar

Not really a vault exiting sequence, but more so an intro. thats the Enclave, post war facist america. Wiping out a vault, as to introduce them as the main enemy faction.

I hope fo 2 remake with fo4 engine, it's extremely good game but well we can't deny the grapich quality look meh ( but real good on their time)

Sorry Fallout fans, I understand some games are well made and that others disappointed in some parts, but I absolutely hate the story, I really do fear that we might face a reality like this one in real life, everytime I think about it happening or anything similar to it, I start to get really nervous and worried, more than I already am. The story is absolute trash for me, I hate apocalyptic worlds in general or any apocalypse or anything like that.
