As others have said, amazing detail and realism. And I loved the improvised bowling alley in the corridor. I can imagine someone coming up with that idea when stuck in a bunker for days.

This is an incredible build! I have only just recently discovered that location and had no idea that you could squeeze so much into it... 😲

This is an amazing build. It looks very "lived-in". I love all the small details everywhere. If you permit me, two small changes, that if it were me personally I would make. My current play-through is a very smart soldier, and part of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. If I lived there, RP-wise, my Nate character would probably LOVE this place. I would move out the ghoul though. Perhaps leave it as a scarecrow out front. I would do that with the ghouls of Jamaica Plain. Prop them up on benches by the bus, Weekend at Bernie's-style. The other addition would be. Right where you enter, looking at the exit door. I would add a backwards facing mannequin with a coat on it, maybe a chest or footlocker right there too. With a weapon or two on a rack right there. With the intention that you take your coat off, and leave dirty/wet stuff at the door. Also leaving your trusty go-to weapon right there ready to go when you leave. With maybe a large weapon there too, since you might not want to lug your heavy explosive mini-gun throughout the house. This is the kind of place that you'd think that the MC would get home, kick back with a Gwinnett Stout, after ditching the gear/weapons/armor at the door. I just wish I had your skill at decorating, I can never get that level of modding to work for me without breaking.

Amazing build! Excellent using use of the creation kit. Only one small critique for realism on entering the door you should go below ground level then enter the bunker.

No unfortunately this was not built in the CK

This build will definitely conflict with mods that use the same location, such as the Medic Power Armor mod...
