Fallout 4 Build A Simple Guard/Turret Tower

This is my favourite guard tower design. I use it in every settlement. It also doubles as a turret platform; by raising the turrets up, they can shoot a further distance.
I also show some ideas for variations: use different fence pieces for the scrappier look, build a walkway between towers. I didn't show it but the metal prefab section also has a flat top square if you prefer to do it in metal.
I use a mod called Easy Home Builder and Working Double Beds available on bethesda.net and through the game's main menu mod section. It includes a guard mat which fits nicely inside the tower to have guards stand there. Without mods, you should be able to fit the Vault-Tec metal guard post in there.
I did not do a voice over as what I am doing is pretty obvious.

Cool tower, I never thought of this build. This is why like Fallout 4 where everyone can innovate anything. I hope the new Skyrim will let us build our own towns.

I used to use guard posts, then build towers for the turrets. On smaller settlements that can eat up the build limit. I'm not sure if I thought of it myself or something inspired me, but I got this idea; build one tower for both a guard and the turrets.

@@Rigel_Chiokis I build tower turret with 3-floor square prefab . each floor has 4 turrets facing 4 directions with the third floor also has 4 spotlights.

Nice! At first i was like "ok ok looks nice" but then it showed the two connected together and i was "OOOOO ok im sold" lol

At Graygarden I built a walkway all around the settlement and the corners are those prefabs.
