Typically, Morpheus follows our "Because I have such a deal for you..." with "What could you possibly offer me?" and then the talk continues as usual, being taken to the Master as result.
However, even with high speech skill and game difficulty set to easy, this dialogue path very rarely happens (as a very unlucky skill check rng roll), at the very least - throwing the player off, and at worst - and more probably - likely ending the run, as the standard dialogue path leads into combat, losing substantial time in effect, with saves usually not made up the tower.
