Ok, for everyone who felt bad for God Yang, let me clarify why Smiling didn’t want to get back with him. Sure, they grew up together and she initially learned to play games to get closer to him because she loves him but she ended up loving it and esports too. After all the years they’ve spent together, he left her to pursue his career and ghosted her and cheated on her. On top of that, he was a bit selfish and just sexist. He didn’t believe that she could be interested in esports and be just as good as him because she’s a girl. He started having doubts that maybe she can do it because she signed with the top team in the country. So now, she’s getting noticed because she’s attractive and she’s very talented and other rivals and fans wants her especially the top AD Lu Si Cheng. I don’t doubt God Yang loves her but if she gets back with him, it will not end well because Smiling is destined to shine and she’s a better player than him and his ego will get in the way of the relationship. On the other hand, Lu SiCheng only wants to date girls who are better at games than him which means he wants someone who has the same likes, goals and aspirations as him. Someone who can share his life with and be his equal. Someone as strong as him with similar personalities. Tong Yao is exactly that. Even God Ming mentioned it at the beginning and that’s why he chose her out of all the applicants. She is the female version of him in terms of beliefs and athleticism and attractiveness. I think that’s why they were drawn to each other from the very beginning. Plus, Tong Yao, didn’t act like his female fans fawning over him. She actually bickered and antagonized him which he thought is attractive. It just lets him know that she doesn’t give up and she doesn’t back down from a fight, a good characteristic for team mate and if she becomes his girlfriend, there will never be any boring moments. it was half his fault tho, if you have time drink and celebrate you have time for your girlfriend. Only talking to your gf when u win a game is tiring and stupid, also you can’t help that she lost feelings for him. she always talks to her best friend and makes time for her but for him it’s different?

We feel bad for God Yang but all those years if he remembered Her why don't he try to get back Until she showed up at the match and after he see her that time he wanted to get back but were is his feelings when he didn't see her? He remembered when he see her and do nothing and kept quiet when he didn't see her. Atleast he should chat or do anything to apologise.. He is wrong too but everyone's is busy he is also busy but that doesn't mean he can't chat back at her when she chatted her, while she waited for her day's and day's.. Tong yao should also explain him carefully but she is also giving him very cold treatment, I thought she would calm down
