It's a strange place to fish...and a little smelly. BUT, it's close and I've had success in the past.

@@willritter The water coming directly out of the treatment plant is cleaner than the water in the river itself. That said, I have never seen a pike minnow ever even close to that large. That was a sight to see. Thanks for sharing!
