Ronnie wrote this ten years ago after he spent some time in prison the song is a metaphor for being addicted to drugs. He has turned his life around is clean now, has a daughter the girl in the video is his girlfriend. The original video is about the typical rock star life ,drugs, booze, girls. And this shows his growth musically and its a totally different vision. The lyrics are exactly the same in both songs but 2 totally different perspectives. There is only one girl she is walking through the house remembering. You should watch the original I'm not a vampire you wouldn't believe they were the same song. He has another song he re-did that is also amazing called the drug in me is you reimagined please do that one and popular monster all were written while he was in prison I believe.

Popular Monster wasn't written in prison, the first album was. Thus the Revamped and Reimagined versions ten years later. Popular Monster came out a couple years back.

Revamped, is due to the song being revamped from its originally song, which was released like 10 years ago. Worth watching the original to check out the difference.

Ronnie is so talented n unique... they usually rock/rap/metal style, but this Revamped version, shows how hes grown over the yrs, he's the lead singer, but writes all the lyrics n music! Check out Popular Monster, then Trilogy

Alright so it took me a few watches before I really got the video as well but this is how it goes.. so you are seeing her watch/re-live her memories of them together as she walks through an empty house(everything is covered in cloth) and in the memories people are going missing, and they get into an argument and she leaves him. (Time passes) she’s coming back because she still loves him and she hears the gunshot and rushes in only to find him drinking someone’s blood and she sees him as the vampire/monster he really was and he runs ashamed that she saw him like that. While he runs outside she slits her wrists, he comes back in to find the love of his life dying in the bath, he gives her his blood to save her and then he hides her upstairs and “gives himself” to the mob so she may live. At the end she is remembering how he died tied to the stake and stays out on the balcony to die the same way because she didn’t want to live without him.

You're going to get a lot of suggestions but in my opinion you really need to look at popular Monster next before diving in there the other songs. Popular Monster is going to blow you away

Falling in Reverse is the band. Ronnie Radke is the genius behind the music. He wrote this and several others while in prison, mainly in solitary. He reimagined a few songs in 2020 that are completely different from the originals. He says he's really proud of how they've been received and prove he's grown and matured as an artist. Also, tge woman in the video is his girlfriend, WWE vixen Paige.

Revamped is because it's a redo of one of their old songs. Watch the old video for I'm Not A Vampire, it's the same lyrics but a completely different song. They did the same thing with The Drug In Me Is You, which is also a very good watch.

Ronnie Radke is great! You should check out "Drugs". You will see his rap skills on full display there. Also, you might want to check out the original I Am Not a Vampire. It's maybe 10 years old or so. It's the same song, but it's punk rock, and a couple of lines may make more sense if you watch that one. I only just started listening to Falling In Reverse a week or so ago, and I haven't yet found anything I didn't like. Popular Monster is another good one where he raps. Edit. I should have said to do the entire trilogy, of which Drugs is the last one. They are "Losing My Mind", then "Losing My Life", THEN "Drugs", in that order.

Oh and Revamped just meant it was redone cuz this originally came out in the early 2000s and sounded way different and there’s a diff music vid for it

Main thing to note with the video is it's timing. The beginning isn't the beginning. When she wakes on the bed she is already a vampire, and it's likely a day or many days after he dies. Clues to that are in that all the furniture is covered in dust covers. So it is her walking around the house picturing the scenes of her life with him and all she missed seeing at the time. In the end, just as heart sick as him she decides to share the same fate as he did while remembering what would have happened to him.

This story is that Ronnie fought with his girlfriend. She left him, he took it hard, took to booze, then started lashing out at others (perhaps maids or friends, people of the estate, of the village) and started killing them by drinking their blood. His girlfriend comes back to him though unexpectedly and sees the monster that he really is (even if he denied it so far). Ronnie runs away but when he comes back she had committed suicide. He can't take her death, so he turns her into a vampire so she can live again. But the people of the village have already figured out what happened to the people he killed so they go after him. He kind of admits he is a monster (this is probably the metaphor to admitting to being addicted from the old song) and deals with the consequences. It's really quite masterful how he wove the story based on an old and quite different song when it comes to the lyrics.

It's revamped because its a remix of the original song. The female is the same person but like a ghost of herself watching her past self. This is a metaphor within a metaphor. He comes from a post core background but has always been influenced by rap so he decided to mix those and everything in between.

So this his Ronnie's house and that's Paige, his real life live-in girlfriend and WWE star. It's Revamped because he made this song back from his first album and he has chosen to rearrange it. Hence Revamp. He did the same thing with The Drug In Me Is You and The Drug In Me Is Reimagined. There is only ever one woman in the video (outside of the corpse he buried earlier on). When you see Paige in white it is her vampire self reliving the memories right before her turning with new perspective. Now she can see all the things before as the signs of the vampire he was. She suicides when she busts in on him having killed the whole household. She was the only thing that gave him any hold on reality. He then saves her with "the only thing that's real" blood. His laying her on the couch and walking away is him sacrificing himself so she may live on. He knows the villagers are there for him and he doesn't resist. He's ready to pay for his crimes. She had a chance to escape but chose not too. She greets the dawn with him, dying with him. I think it's partly because of her love for him but also because she saw what the bloodlust did for him and she didn't want that for herself. So they both die from the cleansing fire of the sun, to meet again in hell ("I'm going straight to hell and I'm taking you down with me"). Falling In Reverse's genre is Ronnie Radke. He can do rap, rock, metal, screamo, punk, operatic, etc. If it's a genre and he wants to do it he can do it. One of the most underrated vocalists alive today.

The two girls in the video is the same person since there are two timelines going at the same time. She is basically watching their past memories. She ended up killing herself because for the first time she has seen the monster that he really is. After he turned her she still lives on for a while before deciding to die the same way he did.

This is a re make of a song they wrote 10yrs ago. Very different version. It’s a song about addiction. The “revamp” is a play on both a new version and vampires. The lyrics are the same as the old one except Ronnie added a new verse at the part where he discovers her in the bathtub. The two women are the same woman, one is the present and the other is the past. One is the present woman that is trying to remember the past. At the end she realizes she committed suicide but Ronnie brought her back to life. She knows Ronnie was burned at the stake and probably doesn’t want to live that way and without him so she also burn at the end.

Ronnie does these songs in different genres. There's I'm not a vampire and I'm not a vampire revamped. Same words just sung different ways. Same thing with drug in me and drug in me is reamagined.

I just heard this the first time the other day. I fell in love with voice and theatrics. Glad yall got to hear it. If you listen to the lyrics you'll see that he is talking about addiction. He has A you tube channel and he sings songs in different styles other than how it was written. Try "Dark Horse in 20 styles" or "Welcome to the Black parade in the style of Queen" if you like theatrics.

Paige in white is a ghost - revisiting her life with Ronnie. She helped him clean up. He says "I'm going straight to hell and I'm dragging you down with me"... She tried suicide but he loved her too much to let her go. He felt guilty about that and let the villagers take him away. The dawn killed him and Paige chose the same fate because she loved him too much too!

The girl in white, is a WWE wrestler, and his actual girlfriend. In the music video, the one in white is alive; the girl in blue, is the ghost watching the one in white kill herself. She killed herself because she found out that he was a vampire. But, in the end, she killed herself by the sun with him.

Which you should react to the original version of this song as well hence the name Revamped! Reimagined is the general term used when an artist redoes one of their old songs in a different way! He stripped this version down to vocals and piano and then rev'd it up with strings and a choir lol epic! You can see how his voice is more mature and just on another level then what he once was! Although the oldies are still goodies in my opinion! Alone and Champion are still 2 of my favorite by this band but the Trilogy and Popular Monster will blow your miiiiind uhhhhhh lol and you might even find a lot of similarities from what you guys are use from your genre of music!
