@Black King incorrect, I cannot charge my “Sex” gender is a social construct. Sex is the organs inside a person that usually determines gender, however we all fall on a spectrum of “genders” based on genetical codes. So someone with the male reproductive system can have more feminine traits than another person with the male reproductive system, the opposite is true for a person with the female reproductive system. Society just tells you what gender you are based on what is in your pants, but not what’s in the persons mind.

A very cringey experience, sure. There are two types of goth/punks: The ones that embrace "Everything is awful and everyone is out to get me" and the ones that actually grow the fuck up. I guess there's a third category that involves doing all of the drugs, but they're dead so they really don't matter. Kinda hard to have an opinion 6 feet underground, n all.

In the original, you hear the anger and pain. In this one it cuts more emotion and you can see and hear that his voice has matured. It’s truly beautiful

I am 100% convinced that there isn't a single aspect of musical artistry that Ronnie can not reach. He is a legend, and he is his own genre at this point. 🔥

I discovered this song and video just two days ago… I’ve been watching and listening to “Watch the World Burn” on repeat since it’s release. But, this… this is… oh my god… what an absolutely incredible fucking masterpiece. I cannot stop watching this video. Over and over, literally all day. Beer is my holy water...this is an absolute masterpiece.. what an amazing love story..Ronnie will go down in history as one of the most amazing singers.

His vocal range will never cease to amaze me. I love Ronnie so much.

Any time Ronnie does remakes of his older songs like this, he really shows just how versatile he can be & just how talented he is. The control he has over his voice is honestly impressive.

Everything about this video is gorgeous! The voice, the pain, the aesthetics, Ronnie of course but especially the way it makes you feel. I like the original version but I absolutely love this one.

I wish he would do more reimagined versions of his songs he has such a beautiful voice filled with so much emotion. He's a true artist.

I like how the screaming/growing is transitional to his characters emotional state of mind. Hes sad at first and then his depression channels into explosive rage mirroring in his vocal tones then as he's finally destroyed himself coming back down to that feeling of true regret and sadness with a little rage left. To someone like me who has a hard time with Lorne shore. It really sells the song and my acceptance of the pitch changes . Its a song that bridges the gap of genres and fans and forces you into liking something that you could otherwise find unappealing through emotional projection. I think ronnie is a genius and he should write a rock opera. This is a transformative body of music and elevates ronnie into a rock god instead of a niche hero.

Dude oh my all I know is my emotional range matches his cause you can apply the metaphor if your suffering with a variety of illnesses. But your breakdown was beautiful and spot on.

The level of emotion put into this interpretation is insane!

Funny you mention that, after the music video for I'm Not A Vampire (Revamped) came out, they announced a online concert that'll have 2 sides to it (first one being original and the second being remakes) and it just so happened to play a short snip-it of Popular Monster but in a different tone as well as a couple other songs.
