Maybe because it looks complete Similar which makes it 0 point compared to the Trilogy which did have difference than the original

Gta v san andreas does not exist thats just gta 5 but with gta san map and Gta IV san andreas is a real app that you can download without downloading gta iv because its gta iv mixed with gta san

No i already downloaded iv:sa, and you will need iv or eflc for it because it'll mix with ur own version of iv so nah you can't download it without iv or eflc
