@@agungs8557 nah, san andreas didn't have that type of enviroment, it was mostly sunny type like gta vice city's.. GTA IV was in the piss filter era of videogames, but i still loved gta 4.

It's called the hd universe car pack, It is the most downloaded car pack mod for GTA SA, It includes car taken from GTA 4 and GTA 5, It's size is about 300-400 MBs but it includes everything from essentials to imvehft, They got everything for gamers for totally free, The best thing is that it actually fits the atmosphere of this game and I highly recommend this mod 😊
