+Monster Kittenx If someone did have these wings, they'd become popular instantly at the conventions haha. Also, it would be cool to make these. :)

Those wings must have gained you a well deserved spontaneous ovation when you spread them onstage the first time. They look awesome!
WOW!!!!! I can't begin to imagine how you made that mechanism! AWESOME
They're realistic enough to be impressive! A costume that is beautiful and very well made all in one... that's rare! Awesome! *thumbs up*
the wings are incredible! the best costume i've seen in a long time.
Man those are awesome. I'm going to have to give that method a try after I finish my gryphern inspired wings
Those wings are beautiful!
Wow, this looks incredible awesome! You look almost like Gabriel or Michael from the Movie "Legion" with those amazing wings of yours! Very well done :)
Yes. Yes. The wings articulate using a fulcrum and lever approach using a gate hinge and are controled by means of a sheathed bicycle brake cable that I can pull out using my hands or attached to weaponry (see my hawkman costume video).
i love the back round music!
I love the costume. It’s amazing.
Gorgeous piece,man.LOVE IT!
Amazing work!
That is a beast costume!!! I love the wings!
Sick wings, so awesome
Spectacular costume........................
Very nice realisation.Good ideas.Congratulations.
That is absolutely amazing!!!
Oh my gosh, they're so beautiful and realistic :)
I used turkey feathers, about 3 pounds of (tom rounds) and about 1/2 pound of plumage. Tom rounds average 12" to 14 in length and 1 3/4" to 2 1/2" in width. The hen rounds average 10" to 12" in length and 1 1/4" to 1 3/4" in width.Rounds are either right wing or left wing. The amount of feathers in a pound will vary depending on the size of the quill.
these wings are awesome!! your cosplay too!!!
I was watching your asylum progress now I see you created another use for it and it is ingenious.
Wow that has to be one of the most epic things I've ever seen 0.o
Oh my God! It's really gorgeous! Congrats!!! :D
great costume love the wings 😊
pretty damn creative !! great job !!
Wow dude that's freaking awesome
Gash this video almost made me cry. I love to have wings like those
Wow, a bit pricey, but I can see why. All that work, not to mention the thought that went into making them. And they articulate! That's the part that makes the price well worth it. Keep your eye out on your youtube next year, man. 98% sure I'm gonna buy a pair (or two) off of you. Seriously.
That is so cool good job man.
I wish I was so crafty to be able to make a set like this for one of my videoclips snif! I've made several unsucessful tries.
This is crazy good
omg i love your WINGS!
Awesome job!!!
This is absolutely amazing!! You look fantastic! I'm cosplaying as X-men's Archangel soon and this was extremely helpful!! Thank you so much for posting this! Hopefully mine will be anywhere near as awesome as this! lol
That is STUNNING!
Nicely done man
I soooo love those wings! I wish I could have those wings!!!
I would totally wear that
Hi, I'm making a cosplay of a Supernatural fanfiction character (Trinity Scarborough from the fanfic Abomination by WaywardSiren98) and I was wondering, about how many feathers did you use and about how much wire mesh? :) Thanks so much!

So beautiful!!!
Super love it ..!! Great job..!!
They are completely amazing
wow that is amazing!!
That is freaking awsome!!!
That's crazy!!! Wow!
Prior to this project, I had no training. Much of what I did was self taught through research and development. I started with miniature designs and tested various materials to determine a cost effective method to creating a structurally sound set of articulating wings. The armature was designed by a close friend, who at the time was sculpting, molding, and casting a fully armored batman suit.
wish you could have got some video of yo opening the wings or people reactions... but still so amazing...
Love your wings. how can I get blueprints so I can make my own? Your video went by so quickly.
Omg, you're fantastic!
Great choice of music, love step brothers, fkn will!
OMFG this is amazing O_O -bows to computer- i would kill for wings like those....truely amazing job :DD
awsome work, dude :3 keep going on !
Amazing
Amazing...
*0* i will have this wings too, they look very amazing!!
Did anyone notice the cat sitting in the pile of feathers?
i think i saw you at sakura con 2011, it was amazing how they moved :0
Just one thing, the outer parts of the wings on the end are supposed to go behind the inner part of the wing, not in front, that would have made it even more realistic, but other then that, THIS IS AWESOME!!
The unremixed song is Con Te Partiro/Time To Say Goodbye.
outstanding
It was so impressed
PRETTY NEAT!!!
LOL you didn't mess around! Damn good job!
Awsome! Sooo jealous! I wish I could make something like this!
Great wings. What size PVC did you use? Love the door hinges idea. What are you using at the bottom of the wing on the backpack? Are they flag pole holders? Thanks for posting
great job!
Great Job!
That was just to fabulous *stares in awe*
the wings are awesome! ^.^
This was so intriguing I don't know if it's just me but the body amor looks very real in detailing and would've created a way better illusion if it were spray painted in the colour of the person's skin tone loved this tho😊❤
This is awesome! I just wonder how did you get some of your material like the feathers, pipes, silver piece? I really love this!
You did an awesome job with those wings. Is there any way to get the plans or purchase an already created one?
Hey, amazing job! I was curious how much the wings weigh? And I noticed you said you are working on a lighter model...how much do you expect the new model to weigh in comparison? And awesome job again. Probably the best articulate wings ive seen yet
nice costume !
That is so cool!!!!!
It would be really awesome with movement !
Great wings by the way! ;D
but... wil it fly?

Awesome! I'm currently in the process of designing my own for a Magic the Gathering Deathpact Angel cosplay. Will be making the large pointer feathers out of foam and the rest with real feathers (: I have the framework designed but I have a question for you. What did you use as the string/wire to articulate the wings? I'm having trouble thinking of something not too visible that would be strong enough.
