Two reasons. One, it's their job. Two, models don't have as much fat or muscle as the average woman, both of which hold onto heat, so often models don't suffer from heat as much. They literally shed the heat faster. I'm generalising though.

People judged it's boring bla bla bla as if they're expert in fashion world & haute couture. Karl always keeps Chanel DNA & culture in his designs yet still relevant to today's trend. Pure genius.

I agree. The venue and the setting are as beautiful and striking as the clothes.

I really enjoyed this collection - particularly all the colors, dresses, and I was quite fond of the hats. It really was lovely to me and had a 60s-ish feel to me.

Once again, Chanel has stayed true to its roots. The models reminded me of characters from a hypothetical Parisian storybook. While I, personally, wouldn't wear many of the pieces in this collection, I loved how it all came together.

The comments on pretty much EVERY chanel fashion show are so snobbish. And the worst thing is that when Karl will no longer be able to be the creative director of the house and an awful designer that will put "we should all be chanel customers" tshirts on the runway will take over everybody will say that they miss Karl…😓😕😔 I mean Chanel is one of the very few houses that has kept its character.

One of the best fashion shows of this season. What a wonderful show and the clothes are exquisite.

Such a beautiful show. I love the volume of the gowns and the very interesting tweed. The last girl in the gown was so gorgeous. Bravo Chanel.

I love the whole aesthetic and the spirit they tried to invoke, through the fabric and cuts of the cloth and location and seating arrangements - it just makes me so happy.

I love Chanel, I'm studying to be a fashion designer, and I have to say these are always the most beautiful collections to admire. The silhouettes combined with color, texture, and a stunning model to pull it off, each design is perfect❤

I never find Chanel to have over the top wow. I do find the beauty in the deceivingly simple clothing. It was too 90's inspired for me. Though I loved the wedding dress at the end. That was everything. The sleeves, shoulders, minimalism, all of it was perfection.

This is one of my favorite setups and music of all Chanel setups. It gives a really nice french, parisian vibe. Absolutely love it 😍

One of the best Chanel shows in a very long time, in all respects. Fabulous.

I know a LOT of people who lament about how "same" Chanel is from season to season. And I get that. But as I've said before on other collections--one must give Karl props for holding that house together. And it's in the SUBTLETIES that you see the design eye. Sleeve shape....hemlines....pocket placement...proportion of skirt length to jacket length...and especially shoe design. I love the video I watched here that showed the amount of minute changes one shoe design went through. Had Karl been designing crazy different collections each season, I'm not sure if they would have stood the test of time as a house.

stunning line. The unique silhouettes combined with consistent use of texture made for a very cohesive collection. Though the first few looks were very reminiscent of a ready to wear collection, the gradual build up of complexity cemented it's haute couture label.

Abigail Chamberlain I liked some of the shoes, but honestly this collection looks as if all the models are on their way to a funeral. It does get better progressively thank god. But I am not stunned

A very admirable collection. It's not just a colorful escapism trick, it's pure and all about form and construction which is so hard to find today. An authentic and rich collection is so rare today in 2017 but this one is a real gem.

Beautifully handled proportions. Stunning soundtrack. Lots of references to Chanel's early career. Hats reminiscent of the boaters she would borrow from her lover and trim herself. Shapes and lengths responsive to the pre-first-world-war period when Chanel was establishing her brand. Nicely done.

The detail is absolutely magnificent
