Fall Series 2021: Rumpke McNeilus M/ASL

A few months back a viewer of mine let me know that he was running for Rumpke now and his Friday route was in Doylestown. I had a day off this past Friday and met up with him so that he could make an appearance on my channel after watching my videos for 10+ years. His truck is a 2020 Autocar/ McNeilus Manual/Automated Side Loader, one of 8 that Rumpke had recently gotten. I’ve got some pretty strong opinions about the M/A, but seeing a brand new one on a mixed manual/automated route actually made me think just a little bit higher of it. You will see the recycle truck make a cameo on this video, I also got a video of it to be posted at a later date, not sure yet when though.

Awesome video! Really love the paint scheme on Rumpke trucks. Also liked the manual collection mixed up with the automatic, also like the stuff he picked up on the ground into the truck. Great work with this one!

Any reason they didn’t put a curroto or rear loader on trash and this on recycling

There’s a curroto running other side of town. A good chunk of this route has toters, including a trailer park with about 60 of them.

@@nate9002 I cuss for about 5 minutes first haha. Stand it up right it throw it in the hopper with arm. Take about 5-10 minutes to pack thru depending how it’s built and the size of it. It’s no fun.
