I like to add a 18-24” piece of cord and carabiner on the dry bag for the boat, so you can clip it to you or the boat. Great list for traveling light.

Its from Amazon, called something like 3D Sleep Mask. It's great cause it protrudes out away from your eyes. Even my girlfriend can where them when she has long eye lashes on.

All your liquids were in that miscellaneous dry sack (plus the Neosporin in the first aid kit)... did you pack them differently to pass through security at the airport? What sort of strategy did you have when packing all the stuff into your 25L backpack?

I always leave my liquids in a zip lock bag both for security and to prevent and spills inside my bag. For packing, I put clothing in first, with the rest of the stuff on top. I wear the heaviest clothing on while travelling to reduce pack weight, but everything can fit in the bag either way. I still have decent room for some souvenirs.
