I know you don’t like talking about it much online, but I just want to say I know we don’t see the worst (and I have those days, weeks) but I admire your attitude and how you search for options to help. I planned to drop by Target to check out fall stuff, but decided to head back home instead and watched your vlog only to find that you did the heavy lifting for me. Same here. Do you guys have issues when the weather changes? It seems like whenever the barometer swings, I suffer. I need to live somewhere with stable weather, maybe the desert? I've never been, but I've heard people who live with some kind of inflammation feel a lot better when they travel to Arizona, for example.

I just tried microloop extensions for the first time. I normally put in tape in extensions but I'm loving the microloop! So much easier to apply and up keep! I added some with highlights so I also have highlights without using bleach on my own hair.

I spent an so much money but I was stocking up for fall and winter. So, I'm set with some new stuff to wear and coordinate with my clothes I already have. Plus, I want to redecorate my bedroom. Not sure exactly what color or colors I want to go with so I got oversized throw blankets to help me decide. Throw in a little make up and I am good to go! Former starbucks barista hereee, my favorite fall drink is a iced chai tea latte with white mocha 🍁🍂 I normally get a tall but if you wanted a grande i would recommend 3 pumps of chai with 1 white mocha so its not terribly sweet but you get a good combo of flavor!

I got the Sol de Janeiro #62 because of your recommendation and I love it! Smells SO good!

I am not a coffee drinker (criminal, I know) but I absolutely LOVE a chai latte from Starbucks with oat milk and one pump of toffee nut syrup. The pumpkin chai is a little too intense tasting for my liking, but the toffee & chai combo is SO mellow and delicious!! Also, Beauty Bay has amazing little all matte 9 pan palettes that are great for every day. The Nude and Neutral ones are both excellent - I have to stop myself from reaching for them every day so I actually use other palettes lol. They are my go-to travel palettes
