I've been listening to this music and waves for many nights to help me rest. I struggle to fall asleep because of pain. I read a few comments for the first time tonight and my heart was warmed within me. To those who come after me and read my comment, allow yourself to be encouraged by the words of others here. This is my favourite one. First time I played it, it had me asleep within minutes. 2 hours later I woke up & its still going. Lots of heavy rain & wind noise. Very relaxing.

living on the gulf coast for many years I've been through a few hurricanes and several tropical storms being in the middle of one of these monsters ain't the same as listening to one in the distance they can be very scary lighting, thunder, winds strong enough to carry you away, tornado's, torrential rain moving sideways feel like pellets stinging your skin, but listeniing is kinda soothing.

It's already 2am, and I feel like I haven't been able to sleep peacefully for so long. I hope we can all get through this
