I'm autistic and mask neurotypical as well as I have NPD and thus with this disorder I also wear a " superficial charm " type of mask as well, I remember those around me would say I'm fake, because I molded to my environment, using rapport at a very young age, and taking character traits ... I learned from Allen Watts that person means persona and persona in Latin means none other than...mask I can be many just depending on my environment because tbh the self I know in my own head is also a imposter... I am merely awake, the thought of being more than my growing hair or beating heart means to wear a character...we all wear these, some just don't know it.

But some are more honest about our emotions and thoughts than others. It's not about the masks we wear, but about being vulnerable enough to remove them from time to time to demonstrate what's going on under the hood. Someone who NEVER does that with anyone, ever, is fake.

Whoever I was before was a four year old who bit people til they bleed.. and I collected dead birds, other than not trusting and observing, yet my personality traits came out because I was taught fawning ie people pleasing, to me, they all were robots and I was the only real person. I'm autistic PDA pathological demand avoidance..as well I have NPD now because of environmental settings in ABA and at home. I blend with my environment, tbh it may be a type of fawning, I believe hysterionic do this but I don't believe I have that. Remember, I was conditioned to people please, conditioned to laugh at things that hurt, like sand..sand was a big sensory sensitivity, they made me scream by putting my hands in sand and making me look right to left over and over, rub toothbrush on my skin..make me hear loud alarm buzzers , actually used my sensory sensitivities against me, thus why ABA uses narcissistic grooming, and shame you for who you are if not compliant. Finally in survival mode you become them, and they're happy..so yeah..that's probably a big reason, also, my dad used bite tactics as well as narcissistic shame, fractionation seduction, hot cold push pull, ..I was supposed to be right handed and was hit every time I used it to pick something up, and put it in my left hand, I'm 38 and my left hand and can't do much with it other than hold things, to try to move my left hand with an item in it, it just open freeze..it's very annoying.

They are my way with dancing with the world around me, no? Your idea of fake is a mere concept, try shedding every concept, see what happens and how fake the world really is.. the ego is a rascal, and if by my environment and different situations "I" is what , to me the only I, I am ,isn't the illusion of dragging a dead corpse around, it's everything rather, existence itself, that's who we are..not just some name and body , it's much much more scarier than that.. The game of one-up-menship, falling into the illusion that if you don't comply with rules around you given by others that you are fake, what if the real me is such, should I change to be real, thus changing would be me being fake...

Not sure why music was added to a recording that is already almost unintelligible. I suppose there’s probably a transcript of this on the Internet. if anyone doesn’t know at the upper right of the video depending on what kind of Device you are using, you will see a symbol like a little gear. Click on it and you’ll be able to play this faster or slower. If you play it at 75% instead of the default 100, you will slow it down to a place where you can understand the words.

Pain and Pleasure Pain and pleasure is the same. Just different degrees of either can become too much. Too much pleasure becomes pain and too much pain becomes crippling and disabling. But in general speaking from how i view pain and pleasure. Am a gluten for punishment. I love pain and pleasure. It gives me strength and energy. Since i was a kid ive got into alot of fights. Pain has never made me move back. I like it. Makes me more violent and aggressive and makes me stronger. Life is nothing but pleasure and pain, enjoy the pleasure, feel the pain. Pleasure and Pain is the same as hot and cold being the same. When we look into our selves these things cease to be bad for us. Like with emotional pain. So much worse than physical. But when observing it and detaching ourselves from it, you see these things as warnings, all they are is alarm bells and notifications, thats all they are. Anxiety and Paranoia is absence of ego. When in darkest of depression and internal suffering our ego leaves us. It jumps out the driving seat. Our bodys are hardwired to feel like this. Raw emotions we cant do nothing about. They are there to keep us alive. But when we give them no fuel. We return to normal alot quicker. When we observe these things its like they seperate themselves from us. I can watch my own suffering as if its not me. Its only the body. My mind sits above it watching the feelings and sensations. Emotions and pain and pleasure all become one sensory perception that loses it hold on us. Its like seeing it for what it is, it loses its power. And it subsides quicker than when we wallow in our own sadness and darnkess. I've not been in a dark depression for a long time. I conquered mine. I fought for my mind. Its mine, i realised i have the universe in me and now even the darkness is full of colour like the rainbow pixels on a black screen. Am hyperphantasia also, born this way. I was diagnosed with pychosis as a kid, but i refused medication and fixed my self. I disagree with their diagnosis and judgment. I abused drink and drugs as a kid. But my mind has always been a source of pleasure and pain. My mind is amazing. There was a time id of terminatied myself because the way it tormented me. But when we grow we realise it is trying to keep us alive and it is us who torment ourselves. Our brain and nervous system are totally indifferent to us. We are an extension of them. The pain pleasure and suffering isnt meant to hurt or harm us. Its just a notification or alarm bell that we might be pushing ourselves too hard or that we are damaging our body. That is all our organism means by what we see as harm and suffering. It is not. It is our bodys alarm and warning system. Sit above it all and observe. It ceases to be suffering. Pain and pleasure is the only way. It is all we will feel. Pleasure/ total indifference and detachment/ (This part in the middle is when we connect to the intelligence and consciousness in us. We have the ability to be like a machine. We can switch off but still move forward like a terminator. Like a pitbull with lock jaw. Only death can stop us, even then we are just recycled and returned to source.) Pain Have you seen how animals turn off when they get something in their jaws. And people are hitting them. That is what people need to train at. Get in touch with the animal in us. We become unstoppable. When you can detach from body, but remain in the mind. Pain destroys pleasure destroys pain. Like temperature is hot and cold. But we separate them into seperate categories. They same thing. Sensory perception at different degrees.

It seems that some introvert intuitive kinds, as Carl Jung explains, happen to know things that they themselves cannot explain how they came to know about due to the unconscious nature of intuition and instead they resort to believing in God when they cannot explain these knowings. Not knowing the self does seem to make unconscious people try to find their true self in external agents and beliefs like God. Instead, had they known, God is the self that they already are. Perhaps, knowing your self fully is enlightenment.

The Logos Consciousness is conscious of itself, others and things. The empathetic consciousness and intelligence in nature is indifferent. Nature will replicate and copy itself, consume and sustain itself, terminate and recycle itself without a second thought. Reality is its own observer. Nature is aware its being observed, we are nature observing itself. And nature created us before we were aware of it. We never created existence. We are part of it and init. We're one of its many forms. We can change our own reality and physiology within reason and logic, but we can't change nature and reality as it is. We cant fully perceive reality for what it is. We can change our response to reality, we can effect how reality responds to us as in change of attitude. That effects how we are perceived and how others react to us. We can change our reality in that sence. Change of perception, attitude and point of view/stand point. The conscious intelligence in nature and our cells i think is empathetic conscious intelligence that is indifferent, empathy without compassion is the ability to be aware of self, others and objects. Empathy with compassion is the ability to feel others suffering and to be able to relate to other beings. A cell is aware of itself, what it is and what it does, it is also aware of other cells, they even communicate. It will always preform at 100% until it doesn't. And when its degrading it will still push 100% and shut parts of itself down and terminate itself saving itself. It will do this without a second thought, no getting swayed by other desires and emotions outside of its own survival. Its purpose is to survive and replicate its self over and over again, its all it knows. And it will consume itself to survive. What we see as it destroying itself. Is actually conservation and recycling. Empathetic conscious intelligence that is indifferent without compassion is like a robot. Energy and chemistry. Consciousness. Gut, appetite and instincts. Heart, Body and feelings/emotions. Mind, ego and higher self. Logic and reason! Ability to calculate and evaluate, judgments and imagination, perceptions, questions and answers. Pure consciousness has no questions or answers it just knows.

in his specific reference towards dissociative identity disorder, part of the symptomatology is being aware of time loss but unaware of it being abnormal from 'regular forgetfulness' the mind will work to make the internal narrative make sense as to avoid dissonance. most patients do not end up receiving diagnosis and treatment until a strong trigger in life causes their condition to become externalized and distressing
