Brioche is very easy to fix if you mess up. I practiced on some acrylic yarn some one gave me and I went to you tube for help to fix my mistakes and it was so easy. I was so intimidated but I had nothing to loose so I went for it.

Kutovavika has a version of Salty Days in KFO heavy merino held single that she posted on her instagram back when the pattern came out so it can definitely work without mohair! Love your pattern ideas x

Another great podcast. You could make a crochet chain stitch on top of your cardigan band to cover the stitches you don't like from your last podcast.

I made Salty days in beige Lettlopi and it worked well though it is aran weight so I made a size smaller. I also have a version in dk wool+mohair (pale pink). The pattern is just amazing!

If I decide to frog something I just frog a couple stitches and start knitting the new thing right away without winding the yarn. This way it was possible to frog a one strand wool and two strand mohair sweater two times. 😅

What about cascade 220 for that lily Kate pattern?
