Yo Ryan! Awesome vid as always. You inspire me man. Very cool. Just wanted to mention one cool missed Easter egg; during the Battleship date scene, the subtle callback to Cap telling Peggy Carter that a side effect of the Dr. Erskine’s serum is that he can’t get drunk. Leah: “wow you really can drink...” Bucky: “yeah, well...” I know she was being sarcastic but I loved the exasperated “wouldn’t matter anyways” response from Bucky.

I got one: when the Falcon arrives home to his sister and nephews, they greet him, naturally, as "uncle Sam". That could be some kind of parallel between his character and America itself. Like, he IS uncle Sam, he IS America, ergo, he SHOULD BE Captain America.

Because Spider-Man is Iron Man’s successor. War Machine has also mostly been independent from Tony. While Rhodes and Tony were BFF’s, I doubt Tony would want a US air Marshall to take up the role. He’s also pretty damn old.

I needed to understand the idea for the close-up during the therapy session because it was so intriguing to watch. The first episode was like a slow drama movie, mundane and grounded, and I love it.

Amen to this! I'd seen some posts saying it was boring and too slow, but I love getting to explore these characters on a more grounded level. We're used to seeing them in battle after battle, it was nice to get a beat to see how they're actually doing.

@@GeeklyGoods Sure it was slow but not boring. I guess, those people only wanted to see action, not the hero itself or they'd have been invested in the story of the heroes. TBH, the first action scene felt too long for me, I skipped a lot of that part 😆 but get immersed in the rest of the story.

L. Kaminski is marvel writer Len Kaminski who created Bucky's sister, Rebecca. He also mentions her in passing (or at least some unnamed sister) during his date.

@@fabnapp not quite, it also did the hit or miss thing because you had to program in all of your ship placements. So instead of asking the person "B2" or whatever, you entered it into the keypad and got a bomb dropping noise and an explosion or a beep. They were definitely playing the original, not the electronic version.

That's the great thing about it... these shows aren't just rubber-stamped copies and extensions. They all seem like they're curated with a lot of love and care about the characters and stories, and all have a unique flavor all their own, at least so far. I'm guessing this will continue with Loki and the rest of the series.

why would zemo do that? he's shown no motivation to be a terrorist (he only wanted to break the avengers) and he explicitly stated "do you really think I want more of you?" to bucky after he killed the others. He doesn't want super-powered individuals because of the potential chaos they can create.

@@nibor4323 I probably doubt this because the public didn't even know that the avengers used time travel, so they could easily not know about cap and him still alive as old Roger's. The public just doesn't know about it yet

have an epic fan theory, so when Captain America went back in time to live his life with Agent Carter. He created a branch timeline which includes the Agent Carter TV series, Agents of Shield, all of the Defenders shows, The Punisher, Cloak and Dagger, Runnaways, (Inhumans never happened, it was just a bad dream by villian Nightmare) and I guess Helstrom (Since it would have tied with AoS Robbie Rheyes). On top of this Daniel Soua traveled to the future, with the Agents of Shield, and was last seen with Daisy "Quake" Johnson in this alternate timeline. Fun fact, the real Jarvis, who debuted on the Agent Carter TV series cameos in Avengers Endgame. This shows there is a connective multiverse thread to the pre-Wanda vision Marvel television shows, and who knows, maybe the blip never happened on Agents of Shield because of these time travel/multiverse shenanigans... Or maybe Deadpool just broke the multiverse with Cables time travel device and now Owen Wilson and the TVA need Loki to stop him from killing the Marvel universe.. boom

That would mean Steve deliberately allowed Hydra to infiltrate Shield and continue to manipulate world events for its own ends. In the scene where Sam & James walk by the Captain America panels, the Infinity War panel shows SHIELD existing through Thanos and the snap. No need to even touch branched timelines. They're simply still in-universe.
