Falco war nicht der Typ mit dem besten Style, er war Style! Das Konzert hier fand 1994 statt.

Auch wenn er schon seit Jahrzehnten nicht mehr lebt, bleibt der Mann sozusagen eine lebende Legende. Falco war und ist für mich der "King of Pop Austria".

I can't stand the awesomeness. The orchestration is absolutely magnificent and Falcos live performances were a wonder to behold. Often duplicated, never replicated! Pfiati, Euer Hoheit!

Rag0 Ich bin 14 Jahre und schätze seine Musik/Werke sehr. Mich freut es ebenfalls, dass ich etwa 10 andere Leute in Meinem Umfeld kenne, die dies ebenfalls so schätzen. Meiner Meinung nach sollte man das Thema "Falco" mehr in der Schule bearbeiten. Nicht nur Musikalisch sondern auch Historisch und Geschichtlich, da meines Erachtens nach Falco eine sehr interessante Persönlichkeit ist, die sich mittlerweile fest in die Kultur integriert hat, ist. MfG Hugo

My grandson is 9 years old, he listened to Amadeus once and he was hooked.

He rose like a comet in space and burned out when it was so close to the sun. He was just incredible. I will never forget him.

I love the blend of modern electric instruments in old school orchestra more than I can describe in words. There really should be a special genre for this simply labeled Epic.

Was fuer ein megageiles lied...als ich diese kasete kaufte war ich kleine yugoslawische junge und verstand kein wort...Nun wo ich durch arbeit beim eisenbahn wenig deutch verstehe, hore ich mehr deutsche musik als englishe...Hoch auf die deutsche musik und liebste grusse nach Deutschland, Austria, Schweitz aus Sarajewo, Bosnia & H.

Well, Falco was and still is an international superstar, Vienna Calling is one of his greatest hits. Falco made me fall in love with the city of Vienna, the German language and I love him too. He is my rock idol of the great 80s era. Long live the Austrian legend of 'young Amadeus' aka Falco.

stands the test of time - Falco: I was born in a little village in Austria 1983 and started listenting to Pop/Rock/Jazz/Blues/world music etc. via Falco. My Uncle was the only familiy member who took me me to Rock- and Popconcerts- secretly - (from ZZ Top, Toto etc.) because this music was in the eye of many Villiage Idiots devils work (strong catholic). For me Punk/Rock/Grunge/Pop/Jazz/Blues was the world (starting with 10 years). One day he said to my mother: "Yeah, I am taking the boy out for ice cream" - It was a fake and a suprise for me. We drove 300 km to Vienna to experience Falco at den Donauinselfest 1993. I got a terrible flue in the aftermath due the rain at this concert but who cares. I was hooked and I am still in love with his music. Years later I moved to Graz where I met his (false) daughter in a Bar - up to this date we remain friends (Falco and his daughter). He brought Austria to the world and the world to Austria. He is deeply missed!!!

Feiern und weinen gleichzeitig. Ich liebe das Symphonic Album es fühlt sich so lebendig an, so modern...so als wäre es heute. Das macht mich glücklich, die Illusion aber gleichzeitig auch unfassbar traurig.

I don't know what it is exactly, but there has to be something super special, and there is, about an Austrian (Vienese yet) rock star and rock band/orchestra. First of all they wouldn't tolerate even a triangle player who didn't attend some musik conservatory. I really don't know what it is. Different from German groups or rock stars, who are great too. I think it's the influence of Vienna. Rock, pop or whatever, the classical influence just cannot be ignored.

Seitdem ich ihn erstes Mal gehört hatte, das war, als ich mein Germanistikstudium im Jahr 2005 anfing, wusste ich, dass es hier um ein Genie handelte. Zum ersten Mal, die Musik und seine Stimme haben so stark emotionell mich beeindruckt, dass ich atemlos gewesen war. Immer wenn ich traurig bin oder irgendwelches Problem habe, höre ich seine Lieder zu. Ich bin gleichzeitig traurig und dankbar dafür, um so einen Typ "kennenzulernen"! Ruhe in Frieden, Falco.
