@@Teqnyq if you’re *reaaallyy* worried, i would go as far as asking if your bank if they offer other forms of 2 factor authentication. there’s some ai-integrated software that can synthesize a decent voice using a sample as little as 20 seconds of speech. it’s a bit scary, but it’s reality.

I honestly can't tell that much and I'm usually able to with this sort of thing. I guess AI is just getting better at things like tone and inflection.

Even if it isn't, it's a guy with a native sounding accent reading a grammatically incorrect English script that was obviously written by someone else

You could say that about a lot of things. Pornography, cocaine, alcohol ect. But once it's been been discovered there's not a lot you can do to put the genie back in the bottle.
