Actually the reason you need to wear a suit to court is to show respect. As much fun and as nice as it is to be "super chill" about things, I do see it as just proper to be respectful to others, and wearing a wet suit can give off the idea that you are taking the piss or making fun of the workers. Its not the most important thing imo but I can understand why they might be picky abt it.
