In America you just need 1000 books to be called a library. How much do you need in China? 😂😂😂😂 Only in China can you call truth lies. In his own video here, he shows that 95% of the books are not real books 😂😂😂 Also design and aprovel of a design don't make both party involved designers. 😢Who ever would have though my fellow Jamaican would sell out to another country especially after all our forfathers had to do to be free. 😢

They were from US and flow to Singapore and they were traveling from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and then to Cambodia and Vietnam and before going back to US. We have happened to have a casual friendly conversation and I have asked them since they are so near to China, why not go to China just for a few days to see China. I told them China is very interesting. But I was surprised of what they told me. They said according to all their media reports in US and advice by their government and many other people. They were advice and told not to travel to China. Even their parents don't allow them to go to China. They were told China is not a safe country to travel. Very dirty, poor rundown infrastructures, poor transportation system, polluted, homeless people are everywhere waiting to rob tourists are common even in broad daylight. Chances of been detained for no reason by the Communist government is very high. Because China is an authoritarian state and all foreign visitors are monitored by thousands of cameras everywhere and every minute where foreign visitors go. Foreign visitors from western countries can be detained for months or even years for no reason. All these is what they know about China. The couple is like below 25 years of age and already so badly brainwashed by their government and controlled media. This is really sad.

There were tons of Western KZreadrs & Tik Tokers vids showing the now modernized China & I don't believe most Americans had never watch any of this vids! Or, they just refuse to 'watch' them? Maybe this is just history. The Chinese was once just like the many Americans now. They talked about their 'civilized heavenly empire' while the rest were 'uncivilized barbarians'. They were being trash again and again by foreign powers, yet they never woke up, clinging on to their 'civilized heavenly empire' like little children who refused to let go of their soiled & tattered teddy bears! History is a bItch, they slap those who never learn until generations suffer tremendously! It took the Chinese more than a century to learn this lesson, how long would it take for Americans to learn their lesson?

My sister has a friend who is a German. He had the same kind of "brain washed" perspective of China as well. He came to visit my sister in Taiwan last December. They went to Hong Kong, and ShenZheng. He was so surprised(even shocked) to know what he believed was wrong. When I asked him should I go to ShenZeng, he said yes immediately without any hesitation. "It is an amazing and wonderful place.", he said. By the way, he has a p.h.D. and over 50 years old. Imagine with that kind of backgrounds, he could still be brain-washed. Sad. Of course, he isn't anymore now because he has seen China with his own eyes .

It was china that made books political by censoring and banning so many. Every single publisher from the USA has complaints about their censorship and banning of american books, All of them. So if youre gonna say you got the biggest best library in the world, then its not about the fake books on the wall, how open it is, the art, how nice it is, but the actual books, what books do they have there? All he did was say the books were painted on the wall, and this guy proved they are painted on the wall... If he wants to prove its a real library its very easy go in and show us a list of I dunno, just 10 books that are classics.. death of a salesman, alice in wonderland, Harry potter, catcher in the rye, ulysses, the master and margarita, the bell jar.. add some political ones on top like mein kampf, 1984, or maybe something that people would give them a break for banning but check anyway like lolita etc... If Japan built such a big library you would expect a reviewer to do the same, not film some fake books on a wall and tell us its a real library by showing us 5 real books.

China's Civic Infrastructures are 100 years ahead of any other country, and the Civic Services are so cheap/free that they do not need much money to live a good comfortable Middle Class life styles.Irrespective of what you say about freedom and human rights, that's the type of government for the people. A government that looks after the well being of its own people and not the opposite as the west meddling and killing of people of other nations. The United States brought bombs to the world, and China brought development and infrastructure to the world.

There are many cooperation projects with foreign architectural firms in China, but the general cooperation model is that the foreign architectural firms are only responsible for the design of the architectural plan, while the preliminary design and construction drawing design (including architecture, structure, and equipment) are all done by local Chinese Architectural Design Institute completed. Under the impact of the Internet, it is difficult for pure libraries and bookstores to survive in China. Therefore, libraries and bookstores must be equipped with entertainment, fast food, popular science education, retail and other facilities to increase income. However, the core functions of libraries and bookstores remain exist.

THat's make sense, there are dedicated rooms to study and real books for people who need them. You won't risk to put real books anywhere in the hall or even in some places where they are not reachable. Like in a restaurant or fast food , you won't put real meals in the entrance or on the wall but just some pictures of them. Real foods are in the kitchen and people are sitting inside where there are tables and facilities to consume.

What a amazing place, it's so safe and people are so nice. Because of Covid, i haven't been back to China for 4y, but we plan yo go back this year. My wife try to convince me to retired in China, why not. It's so social and her father playing majong with his friends and he is teaching me to play it😂 It's something about China that's truly peaceful, hard to explain. You have all those people dancing outside at night, enjoying socially with each other, even if you don't know them. The small food stand at night, the night life for me is something special.

@jamaicafunk Hello fellow to my New Yorker from Taiwan. Glad to see that you are kicking. Let us take a monent to ask why the source you based part of this video on is being vided my most. People who follow a certain narrative mainly consume content that confirms their biases. Also, most of them are ONLY willing to accept confirmation for their biases from sources they admire or want to emulate. I should also mention that content from those who look like "US" may not be considered "admired" sources even if we bring provable "receipts." Now, on the other hand, we can't be naive concerning the things we hear and see from third parties or in front of us. There are "lies" on all sides!
