It can be stressful stepping out of our comfort zone. Sometimes we feel like we’re “faking it”-but maybe this isn’t always a bad thing.

I've never understood the ";fake it until you make it" thinking. Fake What? Goals? Aspirations? Is there a litmus test for results? Is the end result always $$, Success?? 1 does what 1 needs to do...

" fake it until you make it" This is extremely subjective. How do you know if you've ever " made it"? what's the contingency plan if you don't? Make What? Is a good question.. What is the end goal? $$$? Power? Control? False Sense of Security?

Quite frankly though, the reasoning: “Fake it till you make it” is the stupidest reasoning I’ve ever heard because there’s nothing positive to it. Heck in just the very simple term of four letters, “fake” is never a good or positive thing, unless you’re faking fainting in an attempt of a kidnapping, another heinous negative. “If you can take it, you can make it” rings of every person to be more true and totally the positivity that is within everyone via this reasoning. Otherwise you’re just fake.

Don't think I need to actually. I don't really know the psychological needs of this recommend but it's trauma wordy.
