once upon a time when I was younger I fell for one of these and ended up putting my mothers phone in the microwave wrapped in aluminium foil and copper wire thinking it would charge faster - somehow the phone sustained almost no damage but had I been less lucky I would have fried my first phone. we need more debunking videos like this to help kids like me (at the time) and prevent this from happening

Thanks for the reference to the keysight youtube channel. I've worked a fair bit with function generators, oscilloscopes, and the likes a fair bit, but hardly got a full course in the details, so the oscilloscope mega guide on their channel is a neat treat.

Wait wait, when i was a child i see broken dishes ,putting it in a pot with hot milk, the plate wrapped in cloth and tied tightly with rope, the method was applied by a 90-year-old man and his grandfather had taught him so the method is very old, the Argentine country, for What I see was applied in other places, I don't think cold milk is of any use, but in ancient times crockery was extremely expensive and it was not for everyone, I think it was for poor people without glue, they had this type of method. What I saw in person was kind of ugly, but when I took out the cloth and the rope, it was glued and repaired, I don't know how strong it is but it worked, the one in the video with cold milk I estimate is not the same.

Dude I would love that oscope. I woke for the IS Army Calibration lab at White Sands Missile Range. I have used and calibration some nice keysoght equipment. I’ve always wanted to have a scope at home for diy projects. Love your channel. BTW I took a class at Keysight in California to learn to repair the PSA Measuring receiver/ Soectrum analyzer. Met the guy who worked with the inventor of spectrum analysis. That was a cool week.

Min 7:31- this is the hand cranked generator I made in my other video. It has an actual generator, that outputs to a rectifire circuir. The DC goes to a 5V dc swithching regulator, that outputs to USB". I think you don't need that rectifier, it would work better without it. The brushed motor that is visible, will output DC allready. The rectifier will drop 1.2-1.8v. Just use a shorky diode, if the dc regulator does not have rev polar prot. It will work more efficienty, but only in one direction.
