This is Awesome!! But when I try to parent time remaping to Slider, The parent icon on time remaping doesn't appear. Same as slider parent on slider bar.. Can anyone help me?

Hmm that sounds kinda strange.. Maybe something is toggled off in your layer panel? You can also try to add the expression: effect("Slider Control")("Slider") - to the Time Remap effect, it should be the same result :)
Why is it that when I import Adobe illustrator layers into after effects then convert them into vector shapes they turn into square shapes?

That might have to do with using certain effects (like blur or lowered opacity) on layers inside Illustrator that mess up when imported. If you check the content of your vector layers (in AE) do they have two groups? If so, try remove the second group, that might solve the issue.
