Roland, I'm glad you told this news story "from a Black perspective." I've not seen anyone else give this news the detailed back story. Every African American should look at this and know that we can turn our communities around by investing in US.

This changes my NARRATIVE of MY VISION & ABILITY.

White validation. A few years ago, I stopped seeking “white approval” for everything I did. That was 3 years ago. I am now 50 and it has made all the difference in my life. Instead of focusing on THEM liking ME, I have focused on ME liking ME. It’s a struggle at times, but at the end of the day, I am only accountable to ME. Thank you for mentioning this. I needed to know my decision was right.

Ecila2u I have a dream of attending a future event at Tyler Perry Studios. I got chilling emotions listening to Roland's special broadcast about how iconic and inspirational Tyler Perry is . Tyler's interview with Gayle (Oprah's bf) was also very moving, particularly when speaking of his son Ivan being a healer after he himself had been abused as a child. Thanks Tyler for all the Laughter and Love.💕😚

I needed to see this.... I'm young and I have been confused as to why everybody has been so mind blown over Tyler Perry. I woke up one day like what's all this "fuss" about. Been thinking about this so hard to the point where I cant even sleep. Here it is 5 something in the morning and I'm still trying to wrap my head around why what Tyler Perry did was so special. It makes sense now. This is proof of the power of the black dollar. This man somehow found a way despite all the division within our race. He had a idea in his mind that connected us and made it a dream for all young black men like myself to see forever!
