I treat this as the canon ending, and I think Timmy somehow knows about his fairies still. I know Da Rules state he'll lose his memories, but I think something inside of him knows that, even if he doesn't remember fairies, he knows that having a bad babysitter somehow resulted in his greatest joys in childhood coming from an imagination and innocence that made the best of an awful situation. He probably knows that the Vickybot would be a bad sitter, but it made life more exciting somehow. Timmy always wanted what was best for his kids, and even if his own parents made mistakes, Timmy grew up to see that there was some wisdom even in making those mistakes and adding his own life experience to it. This PROPER ENDING to the show was masterfully crafted in every way.

Yeah, but if you think about it, Channel Chasers was not even meant to cap off the series. Plus, there was so much good content from this show even after this movie aired, such as School’s Out (which ACTUALLY was the final episode of Season 4 in production order), the episode that introduced audiences to Poof, and Wishology.

The "because" echo part has to be the most emotional moment in the entire series.

I love that Cosmo and Wanda are still watching over Timmy

This entire movie was rendered useless by Timmy's secret wish.

It wasn't entirely Timmy's fault, the makers of the show are also to blame for that. I even think that it doesn't exist in the latest series - A New Wish.

Lets see. Timmy probably matured up when the time to give up his fairy’s came. He managed to get out of elementary school. And he got married with a happy family. Did the awful live action movies and eyesore of a sitcom do any of that? No.

I personally think Timmy turned out better than his parents. He doesn’t neglect his kids, they just have a shit baby sitter. I like to think Fairy Godparents are there to make better adults. A child who needs good role models. It’s not perfect, but it keeps the cycle of abuse from continuing too much. At least that is my personal opinion and headcanon.

Its a pretty good ending to the show if you ask me. Now if only the show ended there. The later seasons are weird asf

I really like how Timmy actually made a very mature decision, that even though he just managed to finally expose Vicky for all the bad deeds she’s done to him and just got her fired he ultimately decides to undo it because she was the whole reason that he got Cosmo and Wanda in the first place, and so he doesn’t wanna take any chances of possibly losing them early, and even though he undoes it I also like that he waits until she gets fired first, like he’s thinking to himself “I know I’m gonna undo it but I just want the satisfaction of finally witnessing it happen first”

Points Fairly Oddparents should've ended: -Abra Catastrophe. -Channel Chasers. -Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3. -Wishology. -Meet The Oddparents. All these episodes would've been better finale than "Timmy and Chloe can't hang out because their parents hate each other for some reason".

Maybe, Tootie was "Deep Toot".

When thinking about how this special ended, I can understand why Timmy did what he did. While having Vicky out of his life for good may have been great, he may have thought that Cosmo & Wanda would no longer have a reason to be with him. So even though he accepted the inevitable fate of losing his faries when he gets older, he would be better off not taking any chances until then, even if it means keeping the status quo a bit longer. As for his bright future self, I believe that during that timeline, Timmy may have found a special loophole where his descendants may have his faries, which could explain why he didn't keep his vow to avoid making the same mistakes his parents made!

Good Ending: Fairly Odder Bad Ending: Drake Bell Movies True/Best Ending: Channel Chasers

Yep, Timmy has followed the same Path as his own Parents, leaving his Children to being Tortured with an Evil Babysitter like Vicky (AKA Robo Vicky 2.0).

plot twist maybe timmy wished that in the future if he had kids that his kid would be able to have cosmo and wanda

You might as well make a game out of this episode, “ Guess the show reference”

If Nickelodeon Originally End Fairly Oddparents Before along side with Danny Phantom,then Tuff Puppy Wouldve Been a better show and will be hit on Nickelodeon alongside with TMNT 2012 and The Loud House by now (and will have Dudley Puppy and Kitty Katswell as playable characters in Nickelodeon's All Star Brawl)

Just figured out why the picture looks different. Because the Picture was editted through Magic, to make it look like they were just regular Goldfish in the first place since he’s not supposed to remember

Happy 20th anniversary to this masterpiece

To be honest this is where it all should have ended however it would have been awesome to see that in this future they also show the fact that Timmy Turner marries Trixie Tang but then again I also love to wish ology series. The show is good until the end of 5/6 Season 6 is essentially just season 5b

This ending is very sweet but also sad when you realize that Timmy had a chance to change his sad life by getting rid of Vicky but had to undo it for his God family to be with him it means Timmy can never be free of Vicky until adulthood also This whole episode was useless after the movie grow up Timmy turner

Is this from the original 2004 premiere, because i believe that was that screenbug that Nickelodeon used during that time!?

So basically in this ending, everyone wins for the last action Timmy made of pausing the firing of Vicky. He grew up the natural time of a kid and teenager with his fiary oddparents the time that it was needed, then be an adult and marry Tutty (you can see the resemblace in their sons). Had a normal future where he owns now his parents house and basically Vicky didn't conquer the world, but made a company of robot baby siters that will do the same as the original, torture the kids and make fairy oddparents have a job all over the world to have a fun time with their kids. So everyone had a good ending in some way 😂🎉❤

The real problem here and something ironically the live action movies fixed was tootie and Timmy relationship so it doesn't feel like tommy hate himself enough to marry the stalker just for Pitty

@@billykaplan9915 Yeah, definitely a point that they missed to add in the cartoon because I wonder what happened to Trixie in this timeline or the live action tho. Also, how was the reaction of Vicky to know that the kid that hated the most would be her brother in law? 🤣🤣🤣

What a very sweet ending to an excellent special... _but also remember that time they completely undid it by having Timmy wish he could be 10 years old forever and keep his fairies for 50+ years????_ This show was great back in its glory days; wtf happened???

Nickalodian is greedy. You see what they did to SpongeBob. The original creator hated it. As far as the fans are concerned Channel Chasers is the true ending.
