That 3-5 seconds of hearing Beast's Castle theme from Kingdom Hearts 2 got me so excited XD Didn't expect to hear that

I definitely agree that the graphics for this game are pretty weird. And the sound quality for the voices are pretty low. So glad I grew up with the “sequel”, “Shadow Showdown”. The controls feel allot better, and the production value seems a bit higher.

Definitely. I've always wanted to check out Shadow Showdown, but I've seen clips online and it looks much improved. Plus the frame rate on this game is horrible too

This was one of the first video games I beat all the way through in on my GameCube. I remember liking it at the time at least. Glad to find a good quality review of it!

Yes, I played this game on the GameCube also. But my enjoyment for this game was overshadowed by Battle for Bikini Bottom.

Timmy's parents are barely in this video game and they still couldn't get some good looking graphics for their character models.

Some of the jumps on the shrink suit level are unforgivable. Especially when you do the second wish in that one where jumps make you float in the air when jumping to reach higher platforms

Personally I can see why this game isn't the greatest game on your shelf but I do enjoy it and still go back to it once in a while. The video game level is my favorite too. Funny, I just reviewed this game a few weeks ago, but your review blows mine out of the water.

If you have rumble turned on during the opening cutscene, the controller vibrates when Jorgen says SILENCE!

It does remind me of not only the 2006 Family Guy game and PPG: Relish Rampage

I remember on the Christmas of 2004, I wanted Shadow Showdown but ended up getting this game instead.

I played this when it was new, it was a wild ride

Good lord this quality is worse than a PS1 game (the only difference is that PS1 games are still charming to this day)

the games models are intended to look that way they look flat and celshaded because they were meant to look like the cartoon

@@StefanSaba the models dont look that great, i agree with you. but it is at least a stylistic choice, the whole thing about the models looking 'flat' was probably intentional to look closer to how timmy usually looks in the cartoon. you can tell this is probably what they intended as they implemented a system it seems to change timmy's mouth model/texture at different camera angles. its akin to how sonics mouth will always face the camera in unleashed. as seen in the jimmy timmy power hours he is not the best/easiest character to turn into 3d. making timmy a cel-shaded character would at least make him look closer to timmy then, well something like jimmy timmy power hour.

Typically, their hands hang off to the side in the 2D animation style but that certainly didn't translate well to 3D lol

Yeah their designs were very copy paste with no real effort of conversion. Timmy's parents are like the best example of how terrible that conversion was

Dog Life is actually my favorite level, that's why it bothers me that it's the last one in the game before the final boss Edit: The real problem is Bad Luck 101, TERRIBLE if your trying to not rage

I could never beat that level when I was a kid, every time Crocker was popping out of those doors. I thought it was absolutely stupid that you had to hide behind those plants because really how could he not see you? Also holyshit his design was scary

I hated it for the final Anti Fairy catching segment, first 2 are easy but now the game says "JUMP OVER BOOKS AS YOU DO THIS 😈", and the first Crocker segment was hard because in the very room there was EVERY STAR, and you need to collect them ALL WHILE avoiding the fairy nut to progress, how many people that did a let's play of the game actually DIE because Crocker saw them because they waisted so much time chasing that one star!!!!! Random thing, once I found a glitch in the hub, I glitched through the wall next to the Crimson Chin level, and the only way out of the glitch was to enter the level, and during the cutscene (it was ANOTHER new game I made) I was laughing every time the camera tried to face at Timmy's face and glitched through the wall
