6 years, and currently getting divorced. When he said i cried.

I was listening to a podcast that said, “it’s important to live life by design rather than emotion. Basically, sticking to a routine is what allows us to be the healthiest version of ourselves (especially when you're fighting these demons ex. OCD for me). And part of that is routinely putting in work on your dreams and projects despite how you’re feeling! I was a zombie for 2 years, so depressed - feeling like those two years are just gone - the critic in my head is vicious. This video is a message to keep my head up and keep marching forward. I’ve felt doubtful about my KZread channel since the start but I try to keep going through the feelings of doubts because I know you’re out there doing the same!!

Why is it whenever I naturally just click on a video of yours with no hesitation, it just happens to be what I need to hear. I’m 19, almost 20, going through a big shift in my life. Graduated high school a year ago and have been stressing in what I wanna be doing with my life. Much more to the story, but that’s a gist. I have let myself go physically and neglected my studies. I have been beating myself up for the past month wishing I can go back. Thank you for your kind words. I have forgiven myself and now trying something new. One to new beginnings. Thank you again HINDZ.

i found you a few days ago and i am so glad i did. i've been in a bad place lately; my dad gave me a deadline to get a job, i have problems with self worth and self harm, i don't know what im going to do after high school and i have extreme social anxiety, to name a few. you’ve become a mentor of sorts to me. i know you don't know me and no one else cares but i just wanted to say thank you. i feel im on my way to becoming ready to tackle the world.

What a word! I was always shy and withdrawn as an adolescent, and too fearful to really engage how I wanted. As an adult, this has been an asset, and even then prevented me from interacting with the wrong crowd because my awkwardness repelled them 😂 to God be the glory lol!

Thank you. 🙏🏽✨ I’m in my early 30s. My life’s twisted & turned in many dizzying/ distressing ways & I often spiral into this fear of not knowing what my life will look like in my 50s. This helped me reframe & get excited about the possibilities to come at that seasoned age. In the meantime, gotta focus on grace & gratitude in the present like you said. Love & blessings to you! 💖

I was talking with my therapist yesterday. I’ve been feeling anxious to create KZread videos because of fear of failure. But she reminded me that even if I change one persons life of influence just one person positively, that is a success. So I just wanted to say, Hindz, that if you ever feel that you aren’t where you want to be or feeling like you need more views, you have drastically helped my life and you have caused a ripple effect. I know that I will make a difference for humanity and you have helped me on my path. So your work has influenced thousands of others to spread that same one löve and positivity.

it’s unfortunate because i used to feel this way. i escaped my dysfunctional upbringing by going to college and living in an off-campus apartment. there was where i met my roommate, alyssa, who ended up being one of the greatest friends i have ever met. we were a family and i truly felt like i had someone in my corner, caring about my future just as much as i cared about hers. well, she died last month due to a car accident on her way to work. i know my strength came from within, but ever since her passing it has been hell. leaving the place we called home, having to move back into the dysfunction. i’m trying really hard to feel grateful that i’m here, but this world is turning to shit and it seems like the majority of people only care about themselves. alyssa and i were the exception and I would have loved to make a difference in this world - but i’m not equipped to help anyone honestly.

Loss is painful and I know it’s difficult to swallow your pride and go back to a dis functional situation out of necessity! Show the dysfunction that you are stronger by making sure they know you are an appreciative, light filled being and allow that to catapult you forward. Opportunity is all around you but it difficult to see when you tear yourself down! Focus on solutions, find your vision and believe in it! Memory Eternal.
