Okay, You we’re right, my transmission failed. At just over 355,000 miles, my transmission went out.
I don’t feel bad though. 355K is a lot of miles for any transmission. This truck was purchased in 2016 with just over 306K miles on it and it is now 2023.
With that many miles on any vehicle, something is going to break. It happened to be my transmission in this one.

I can’t really comment on transmission, because I have a 06 dodge g56 manual with 121,000. But on your truck, you got your money’s worth, they normally need rebuild around 250,000 to 300,000. Still a awesome truck Jay. Good luck man 👍🏻🇺🇸

Thanks! I appreciate your support! I know my truck had done good. I hope I can get another 300K or more with this reman. I really enjoy owning this truck. It now has a custom torque converter and some valve body upgrades, so maybe I can go further. We will see.

One of my first videos on this channel, I had to replace the coil on one of the injectors. Also, one of the first things I did when I bought the truck was add a FASS fuel system so it has better filtration of the fuel. I also keep an eye on my fuel rail pressure, both desired and actual, with the SmartyTouch.
