😁 thank you. And yes literally sick reaction 😂
That line between laugh/cry when you hear something that really gets to you is so real! Appreciate you.

💯💯💯 thank you!
I just watched the video “Hi Ren” and it was intense. First time I heard of him. It might worth a reaction from you. Great vid and thanks for the content.

Everybody should experience Hi Ren at least once
I really loved the trumpet at the end. Kind of remind you that this is basically a blue song, but yeah you’re right the call and response element is really nice because it’s so bluesy and jazzy.
Only discovered Polyphi 1.5 weeks ago and their 2nd album is my fave. Was pumped to hear that you like it too.

@@Lacrevettequitwerk oh yeah! I love Vai! I owe what little lead skills on the guitar to him! Haha
Yup. Seeing stuff like this always makes me question if I should even continue practicing the guitar 😂 I guess I'll stick to drums lol

It’s good to know how the other instruments work at least haha.
I can't stop my tears when the last section with Steve starts...don't know why

Genuinely I have cried so many times listening to this. It really takes you on such an emotional journey with just instrumentals. Close your eyes and let the music take to you to a place. It's incredible.
You need to do Power of Imodium from Nanowar of Steel
Fun fact. This is the epitome of 'math rock.' Each segment/subsegment is either 30 or 15 seconds long, even the trumpet outro, which is 15 seconds...

Well all click track recorded songs are in some way math rock. 4 bars could equal 16 seconds in 4/4 time at 60 bpm 🙃 so is their more intention in this song?
@RaymondBCrisp
Жыл бұрын
@@ThunderRooster I'm sure it was their intention. If it wasn't, boy what a coincidence!
Sokoninaru - Tenohira De Odoru , check them out.

That is a long video!
I don't know. Obviously more technically accomplished than anything The Ramones, for example, ever put out. I'd still rather listen to The Ramones though.

You’re not the only one to have that opinion. I personally love these instrumentally creative songs. But yeah I’m not going to jam out to it at a party necessarily.
