Factoring Trinomials The Easy Fast Way
This math video tutorial shows you how to factor trinomials the easy fast way. This video contains plenty of examples and practice problems for you to work on including factoring trinomials when the leading coefficient is 1 (a=1) and when it's not 1. This video will also help you to solve quadratic equations by factoring and by using the quadratic formula.

You made an error in this video. For the first example, it should've been (x-2 (x-3). This is because the formula for a factored quadratic function is (x-r) (x-t). If the factors were negative, then your answer would have made sense because it would plug into the equation like (x-(-r)) and (x(-t)).

For 3:36 There is an even easier method to do that 2x^2+-3x-2 -> multiply 2 with -2 x^2-3x-4 -> -4 and 1 are what gives us -3 (when added) and -4 (when multiplied) (x-4)(x+1) -> so now, you divide both sides (-4 and 1) by 2 (the original coefficient of x^2) (x-4/2)(x+1/2) -> 4 is divisible by 4 but not 1 which means that is where the coefficient would be put (x-2)(2x+1) This is it hope it helps!!
You are genuinely phenomenal. You made this so easy for me. Thank you so much!
