This is sooooo true... I am a girl and just came back from roughing it up meaning peeing in a bucket cause there was no running water... I noticed after 4 days of doing this all tightness I can feel in my knees is gone and I feel great... Ha ha was happy to get back to a flushable toilet though like any girl... I will continue doing squats it is so worth it...

could be form or could be volume, I did heavy 5x5 squats 3x week and had knee pain. Switched to 2x and no more pain

just dont do heavy weight and have proper form and understand you are targeting your quads and not your back. Its really that simple
